Very informative and interesting. Room was nice and cool and had time to practice everything.

The trainer was very approachable and clear. Always checked if we had any questions on each area covered. Extensive coverage and I feel better prepared than before to deal with first aid.

This was a really great course, I felt I learned a lot in one day, the trainer was very knowledgeable and engaging.

The instructor's that provided the training were all consistent in making the material educational and enjoyable. The 3-day course was paced well and the content involved was digestible as a result. I feel competent in what I have learned and I feel ready to apply these skills if required thanks to St Andrew's First Aid.

The trainer had great knowledge and was very experienced.
The new location is great as it has parking spaces available.

I had a wonderful and productive experience learning about paediatric first aid. Chris our first aid trainer was very friendly and helpful, he made the course educational and lighthearted at the same time and would always be engaging and making sure we understood each section of the 2-day course, would ask us questions about our reasoning on why and would go back to how what he taught us would refer back to real-life scenarios and wouldn’t make us feel silly if we asked any questions. I would 100% recommend to anyone that is interested in doing a paediatric first aid course!

Kenny was a great trainer, being an all day training, Kenny kept it upbeat & full of knowledge for us all to take away and feel confident to take back to work.

It was excellent, well delivered and the facilitator guided us through the course. He check in with us after every section awnsered question and gave the opportunity to ask if there was anything we didn't understand before moving on.

Colin was wonderful at teaching us in an engaging way. Very thorough in going through the processes of first aid and showing us practical skills if we are ever in the situation we need to use first aid. Also we were fortunate enough to be a group that made it a good laugh aswell
