Always helpful

Easy to follow with support if required

Trainer Margot was professional, very clear and informational.
Did HLTAID011, learnt a lot.
Quality course and information/training, trainer was great.

I enrolled in an Advanced First Aid course that was cancelled because of a technical reason. Rather than making an effort to reschedule the cancelled course within a reasonable timeframe, I was simply moved to the next pre-scheduled course a month later. If a provider cancels a course, I would expect them to prioritise those affected and arrange a replacement sooner, rather than expecting customers to wait until the next regular intake.

This creates real problems - needing a qualification for work now and now having to wait a month. It also makes me question whether the reason given for the cancellation was genuinely unavoidable.

Unfortunately, the way this was handled has left me very disappointed, and I won't be using this provider again.

The course was straight forward and online review of the training prior to attending the course was good. The staff very knowledgeable.

STEER CLEAR!! Such a dodgy company. I paid and booked in , the date and time clearly shows in my portal so I turned up and they refused to train me. The trainer was EXTREMELY rude. They also do not answer their phone, just leave you on hold until it cuts off. I will need to go to consumer affairs now. Wasted my whole morning with these disorganised crooks.

Firstly I had a question bout the AED they would use on the course. I rang several times and eventually a person answered and said I will call you back. UNTRUE.. I asked if that person was in AUS …NO o/seas. Again she said someone would call me UNTRUE. Their administration is useless. Then I arrived at the course to find 34 chairs. 4 did not show up. The trainer had 30 people to train. How can a PROPER training be given with 1 trainer? There was NO time for discussion. It was like ‘boot camp’ type training. All the answers were told to us . This was a rubbish experience. I WILL NOT be using this company again.

Fantastic to be able to do a course early on a sunday morning, so helpful for support workers who need to work 7 days a week. As usual a very well run course, both online and in person with great personnel and resources. First Aid Pro really are the best in the business.

Instructor Adrian was extremely rude to participants at commencement of course stating for customers to hurry up because he wanted to go home on time. Condescending and unprofessional

The staff were courteous, cheerful, and taught us the students everything we needed to know. There was no boringness! We, I, had a great time learning, and doing the practicals was the best part! Keep up the great work.

Everything is straight forward

The course was very informative the Lady that did the course was professional she explained the course in a way we understood how to do first aid. The email that was sent before the class was also helpful with booklet and videos to read and watch. Thankyou for giving me the chance to know more about first aid.

Was made easy to complete by lots of Classroom feedback and Educators Knowledge and friendly informative manner .Was a fun way of learning First Aid
