The trainer made us feel so relaxed and made it fun.

I have attempted First time but it was very knowledgeable related to the topic was a really good training.

Was very well done and the instructor was very helpful to make it as good an experience as it could have been .

Trainer was excellent. She was strict about time-keeping for example. She told lots of stories to illustrate points. Thus, she kept my attention. She spoke about having work values.
She was realistic about work situations. I observed that she believed no-one was a friend at work,
even those on the same level. I though that was sad.

Making the communities to be safe and confident of health workers, better knowing and understand what to do.

Fantastic family orientated practice, I stuffed up my booking and wrote down the wrong time and I was able to sit the next day. It only cost me $30 for my HLTAID009 1 hour course. with online videos and questionnaire opened up the assessment day for just CPR training. Was quick easy and the lecture put her quirky spin on it and made it fun and enjoyable. I must say was the best experience in having this certificate for over 20 years. will be back there next year for renewal.

We’ll explain no problem enjoyed experience

Lecturer had no interest in actually teaching this course (worse first aid course I've done in 25 years). Our lecturer spent more time in the back room on her telephone or attending to her Christmas shopping than actually teaching, leaving students alone in circle to actually answer the multi choice questions as a group. No use of defibrillator as she did not want to hear them going off at different times so she only use hers on a table. The use of this devices is actually an requirement of CPR. Immobilisation bandage told only to wrap bandage twice around good enough, not to actually perform the correct technique as she couldn't be bothered as it would take to long. Whole course completely rushed so she could leave early as she was tried from being up late wrapping Christmas presents. When it came to writing the incident report told to write what she say as this would be quicker and easier for her - how is that teaching anyone. Individuals that were doing first aid for the first time commenting that they felt they left knowing absolutely nothing.

The trainer was very friendly and approachable. They took the time to explain each step of the First Aid and CPR process, making sure I understood what was required and felt confident practicing the skills.

Booked a first aid course for 23 november in darwin there was a cycloon so i could go contacted them 5 times no response on the live chat they told me she will keep me
Update never heard anything after the cycloon send a email again again never a response money gone don’t book with them
