First Local Services レビュー

Arriving within 2 hours of contacting First Local Services. MickT introduced himself, was friendly courteous and considerate. He explained each step of the work as he went along. I was very satisfied with the work he did and he completed the blocked drain within the hour. He was concerned to leave the property as he found it with the drain free of all blockages.

Excellent service from James G- he was helpful, professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Clearly has lots of experience and was able to explain the process and results, without it feeling condescending.
His work was professional, considerate and clean, leaving the garden looking untouched once the work had been finished.
Would certainly recommend.

Chris was great. Punctual and informative. Sorted out what seems to be a far bigger problem than expected

Received a call very quickly after logging enquiry. Chris and colleague turned up on time, were polite and friendly explaining the issue at each stage. Resolved the blockage and provided advice and guidance on preventing it from happening again! Many thanks.

Truly a 5 star service from James G.
At an inconvenient hour, during a weekend, a severe drain issue made for an extremely stressful time.
Along came a true professional, with not only in-depth technical knowledge, and wealth of experience, but a friendly demeanour and an ability to communicate the issues and possible solutions without jargon or condescension.
A contractor I would (indeed already have) recommended without hesitation.
Please make this your call, especially in an emergency, a solution will be forthcoming and the process will be stress free and competitive.

Great service from Luke following our CCTV drainage survey. Luke was very responsive and took the time to answer any questions we had regarding the report quickly and clearly. Thank you!

Chris called to say what time he would arrive and did so promptly. His review of our concerns were thorough and he explained the reasons for the issues we are having with our plumbing. He gave a comprehensive plan for a way forward which we are very happy with. Chris is very knowledgeable and we are grateful to him for the time he spent with us. Really fantastic service!

I decided to reach out to First Local Services as it seems the drains in our new house hadn’t been cleaned in years, and full of dead birds. Spoke to a young lad called Bailey who sent a bloke with a jetter and the drains were cleared in a matter of hours. Thanks Bailey, those bloody drains!

Fantastic job delivered by Bailey and First Local. Would definitely recommend them.
