Great reliable service Mikey l was with us very quickly and knew exactly what the problem was straight away couldn’t be any more helpful thank you young man!!

We made a phone call on the Sunday and said they would be with us on the Monday. They were true to their word and the drainage engineer, Kev did an amazing job where other people we had out previously could not do. We were at the end of our tether and Kev made sure the blockage had gone before he left - thank you for being consistent- you are a credit to your team

A great service ,very quick to respond and the young lad that arrived was very competent and efficient.It made the whole experience a lot easier and I would definitely recommend this firm.

Prompt and friendly. Went out of his way to try to help me find the faul water drain line to make sure a blocked drain was completely cleared.

Had an external drain blockage between kitchen and main sewer. Had this ‘supposedly’ cleared 10 months ago but NOT by First Local. The engineer turned up promptly and jet washed the drain. Cleared the blockage but put up a camera up to make sure and found more gunk. Jet washed again and cleared completely. All done in an hour. Would recommend.

Joe came out to what we thought was a blocked drain in back garden to discover both drains were blocked he cleared the blockages and highlighted displacement in the pipe work in several places which he is coming back to repair for us

Real person answered phone promptly. Elliott arrived as arranged, phoning to confirm arrival time. Drain blockage cleared efficiently and camera revealed crack and displacement of pipe. Remedial work quote received promptly and date for work confirmed. A really positive experience and efficient, knowledgeable staff.

We were very impressed with the service from First Local Services. The drainage person Alistair arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem straight away, and clearly explained everything along the way. He answered all our questions and made us feel confident in the process. Mickey L and colleague came out to us today after a blocked drain from the toilet, they were great very professional and informative, showed us exactly what was going on in the pipes and how they were starting to crack, they are due back in a couple of days to put preventative sleeves in place, definitely would recommend for a quick and professional service.

Really good service. Our engineer Mikey L turned up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and fixed the issue quickly. Left everything clean too, would definitely recommend.

Charge a lot for very little, spent less than 90 mins to try and fix a blocked pipe and was still blocked when they left. Charged nearly 500 quid for this and had to get another company in to fix the problem.
Absolute cowboys they only thing they know how to do is charge for just about anything they do.
Also be careful I called a dynorod number expecting this to be them, when I asked is this dynorod they replied how can we help which made me think they were dynorod, very deceptive.

AVOID. They did the job which wasn’t complex. Here for 1.5 hours and charged over £400. Exorbitant charge for the work. Won’t use again.

Great service and fixed in 1 hour all thanks to Chris W. They will definitely be the people I call if I ever have any problems like this again. Rapid service too. Phoned in the late morning, arrived in afternoon. Kind people on the phone and in person. Thanks again
