Resolved the issue of Heating and Hot Water not working - checked the system was working thoroughly before leaving.

The engineer called and informed the expected time frame of the visit to service the boiler and was very professional throughout. Highly recommended.

Adil was professional throughout and discussed the options available to me for the work required. He was punctual and communicated with me at all points.
I will definitely consider using him again for future plumbing work.

Called them for a very vulnerable neighbour in a broken boiler crisis. Came out within 2 hours. Very down to earth but professional also. They worked under very difficult living circumstances for the client.
Arrived when they said they would and went above and beyond to complete a very difficult job.

The engineer came less than 24 hours since I raised the fault he mended it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend first response we used to pay high premiums to British gas and never got this service. T his service is very important has my mum has dementia so need heating and hor water cannot praise them enough thankyou

First Response installed a replacement gas hob for us and did a first rate job. They were also very quick in responding to my original request through Checkatrade. They kept me informed throughout and turned up when they said they would.

Haroon came to fix our Crystal gas fire. The problem was that it lit some times, but not others - very frustrating. I had replaced the batteries in the fire and in the remote control, but it did not improve the situation. Haroon took the glass off and cleaned the thermocouple and around the gas jets. He did a smoke test to ensure the flue vented efficiently. He worked carefully and took measures to keep the carpet clean. He then cleaned the glass and reassembled the fire. The fire now ignites properly and with the glass clean, the fire looks much better.

Mr Haroon was the engineer who attended our urgent call for assistance as our house was stone cold in this cold spell of winter. He sorted our heating out giving me options for the future. He gave me guidance and reenforced how my heating controls worked. He was friendly yet professional and I appreciated his honesty. He wasn’t in a hurry to run off to his next job until he checked my heating was up and running and I was happy. Great service. Will be keeping this company number!!! Thank you. Kathryn

I am happy with the service the company provided. The engineer who attended us Mr Haroor, was very direct, efficient and gave me accurate time frames for resolving the problem. Overall good response.

Haroon answered the emergency call within 1 hour of me putting in the call.
He got all the parts and fixed the boiler and it’s all up and running!

Very good response and service. Boiler working well. But it was too expensive for a couple of hours job.
