Quick and efficient

The guys from Firstresponse360 kept me up to date on their arrival time and arrived early for the appointment so i wasn’t waiting around for them. When they were in my home, they were polite and tidied up after themselves. They also answered any questions i had about my boiler, and worked quickly.

Didn’t even service my boiler

Didn’t even service my boiler. Looked at it and told my husband we needed a new flu pipe and gave him a price and left. Only had an engineer look at the boiler the month before and he didn’t say anything about needing a new flu pipe. Oh and since he’s left the boiler has stopped working properly!

Thank you for confirming your details. After reviewing the case notes, I've noticed that the flue test point was not capped for combustion testing. Instead, it was taped up, which doesn't meet the current standards. I provided your husband with options regarding the work that needs to be carried out. He can choose whether to proceed with the work or contact your insurance directly to inquire about potential coverage for the cost.

Regarding the boiler service, I want to assure you that the service has been successfully carried out. If you require a comprehensive report, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and I'm here to address any concerns you may have.

True Professional Heating Engineers

We had booked an engineer for the 15th August 23 for between 8:00 and 12:30 I got a phone call at 10:03 from the engineer that he was 15 minutes away from our property where he arrived on time there was 2 of them and the lead engineer I assumed was shadowing the trainnee but both were of a high standard in their field there were a few things that we found out from them in reference to a filter that the last engineer who serviced the boiler failed to enlighten us on I:E the filter which he left off saying it was not needed also the fact that the present engineer used a washing up bowl to coolect all the gunge / dirty water ECT' they were both very polite and professional and I will be asking for them back to complete our next service.
So I would like to thank the 2 engineers Haroon and Adil I would have no problem recommeding the them or the company to any of our friends.

This is hilarious! Haroon the owner of sole trade company came with a hump! Rude and unprofessional!

Quick and reliable

I had some work done by another company who made a pigs ear of it all so I was in a pickle I contacted this company who came out straight away and rectified the work for me at a competitive rate I can't thank them enough for their speady response and great workmanship will definitely use them again when required.

Excellent service

I have previously used First Response and have always had a honest, excellent service from Haroon. I called First Response yesterday due to boiler playing up. Haroon as always was able to find the fault, carry out the repair offer and provided an excellent service. I highly recommend First Response and Haroon.

Boiler Service

I was let down with my old boiler service engineer so i called First Response 360 and Haroon came and served my boiler he was so pleasant and gave me loads of advice on how to run my boiler efficiently he did excellent job on my boiler he will definitely be looking after it in the future i would definitely recommend him. Mr K Horridge

2 visits by the same plumber who actually ended up making things worse... I called a plumber to come (that cost me some) who identified 3 bodge jobs within what was carried out, never use this company again 👎

Supply an actual email to myself and I will forward the email I got from the actual plumber I got out to rectify the cock up your plumber made...

Knowledgeable and helpful

Knowledgeable and helpful. I called in today and was patiently talked though the process of resetting pressure on my boiler leaving me with a warm home again. Highly recommend this company based on their willingness to help 10/10
