To clarify a few points: although we use a .co.uk domain to offer a local version of our store, our company is based in the Netherlands. Our delivery times are estimated at 2–5 working days, but international shipments can occasionally be affected by external delays. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we are continuously working to improve the accuracy of these estimates.

Returns are free only in cases of warranty or defective products; for other types of returns, the return postage is deducted from the refund, as stated in our return policy.

We also apologise if our customer service response time was slower than expected. We are working on improving our reply times to provide a smoother experience.
