Purchased a Fox EOS 1 man bivvy, was missing the pole for the pram/front shelter and they then said this doesnt require a pole and after I then sent numerous pictures they said would you like us to contact the manufacturer and get a spare, well of course I would, after just spending £220 on the bivvy in the first place and it not coming complete what a stupid thing to say.
I bought it direct from you not Fox but I wish I just went to a shop to order as there is so much faffing about with them to confirm things.
This has gone on for a week waiting for this to be sorted as they only repsond within a 24 hour period, the company has no sense of urgency and no reassurance this will be sent or when it will be sent.
The fact they dont have a telephone number says a lot about the way they work, I wouldnt recommend using them at all!!!

I purchased a new Toslon bait boat and some issues when first setting it up.
I called the shop and unfortunately Andy was on leave but they promised to call back on Thursday when he would be back. I was sceptic as I was travelling to France on the Friday. Sure enough 0910 phone call as promised.
After some over the phone diagnosis he asked if I could bring it back to the shop.
I was fortunate enough to visit them in the afternoon. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful.
Andy took the boat and 2 hours later all done and fully working. Some dodgy handling on the couriers part dislodged a few plugs.
Cannot fault the customer support. 45 minutes after filling a customer contact form out the shop called me and from that the all repaired and checked. Spot on.
A big thank you to you all, and I appreciate you helping out to ensure my trip goes to plan.

Ordered a new wheel barrow, delivered but broken. Tried to message on whatâs app as no phone number to contact. Replying within minutes saying they will send out a âscrewâ when that wouldnât solve the problem. When I asked for a phone call, no reply!! Have now drove hour there and hour back on my day off, no apology or gesture!! This is my second order on an expensive item thatâs broken, my bed chair came broken and had to drive there! Total of 4 hours of driving on my diesel!!!! Terrible customer services!!

Total dissatisfaction with the service I have received following a recent order placed with Total Fishing Tackle.
This was a significant purchase for us, totalling in excess of £1,000, and as such, we expected a level of service and communication that reflected the value of the order. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
After placing the order on Saturday evening and paying for next-day delivery, we received and automated initial communication to confirm that the order had been processed or transferred to the warehouse for dispatch. Following this, there was a complete lack of any meaningful update.
Over the course of several days, we made multiple attempts to contact the company through all available channels to obtain an update or estimated delivery timeframe. Disappointingly, there appears to be no direct contact number, and none of our enquiries received a response. This lack of accessibility and customer support is extremely concerning, particularly given the value of the order.
It was not until Tuesday evening that we finally received any form of update, at which point we were informed that the items had been dispatched. This falls well short of the next-day delivery service that we had paid for, and the absence of communication throughout the process only added to the frustration.
At no point were we proactively informed of delays, nor given the opportunity to rearrange delivery or cancel the order if the agreed timescales could not be met. This level of service is, in our view, wholly unacceptable.
For a company operating in this space, particularly handling high-value orders, clear communication and reliable delivery commitments are essential. Regrettably, this experience has not met even the most basic expectations.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both communication processes and customer service standards going forward.

Ordered a rod from them at the Doncaster carp show. Was told it would be with me before the end of the week. Received an email on the Monday telling me that what I'd actually been sold was a pre order and they have no idea when it will be delivered.
Not got to wait days for a refund and won't have the rod when needed.
