Fishernator

I am very wary of this company. They seem to hold nothing in stock. Promise everything, yet deliver nothing. My first order was a disaster but thankfully I was refunded after a week. I thought I would give them a second chance but before ordering I called customer service to see if the item I was looking for was in stock. It wasnt in stock and I was politely told that that there was a mistake in the system. Third time I have called. Something very fishy about this company......

Hallo,

Superconsigliato+++++++++

In the UK, these ranges anywhere from £15 -£30 and that was when you can get hold of them. Placed an order for x2 spare reel spools from my Daiwa Black Widows. Fully expecting them next week

I was so wrong. Ordered on Monday the 16th and delivered Tuesday the 17th December. Cannot believe how quick and easy it was an including the fe-ex charge was £43. Brilliant

Forgot to add, next day from Austria!! Cant get royal mail to deliver this week - well done

The fastest and responsive seller I met. That was the reason that I made first order, since I am from Bosnia, and it is complicated to order from here. Really great seller-customer relationship. I am very satisfied. Good luck!

Gracias

Very satisfied with everything , fast delivery , fast email response , great support and services. All the products were packed very good for protection
I recommend this shop and I will shop again in the future

Top Service!

Excellent service from international client. I purchased some products from Mauritius. (Daiwa expedition, terminal tackle and some bags) They were cheaper than i could find in on the internet and the customer service and posting was great. Would recommend and will purchase again from overseas.

Thank you

Impressive quality of service! It is a great pleasure to do business with Fishernator! Customer Service reacts to all inquiries within minutes and helps with everything you can think of. Highly recommending this store!

One of the best companies I have dealt with in many years. Their products and prices are great, and the service is unbelievable. I received my order in about a week. There was a slight problem, but they took care of it with no questions asked, and in a very timely manner. I would encourage anyone in need of fishing equipment to order from here you can't go wrong.

I am extremely impressed with the outstanding service from Fishernator. Recently, I had an issue with a reel, and to my surprise, it was picked up from my home, repaired, and sent back to me without any hassle. The quick and efficient service truly made me happy.

Fishernator’s professional and customer-focused approach ensures that I will be a returning customer, even if a product is cheaper elsewhere. For me, excellent service is invaluable, and Fishernator has proven to deliver just that. Thank you for the good experience!
