Fishing Booker takes the hassle out of arranging a charter. This was my first time using Fishing Booker and I will use them for all of my charter trips going forward.

I spent a wonderful afternoon on the water catching Channel Catfish on the Potomac with Captain Owen of Capital Blues. Owen is a master guide who works hard finding fish for his clients. He’s got an impressive knowledge of the river, and he uses a wide range of techniques to catch fish.

The crew on the Discipleship was amazing... The deck hand was multitasking and remaining attentive to all 8 of us at once. He didn't ever have trouble keeping up and his spirits were high all day. The captain was very friendly and wanted to make sure that we were meeting our goals for the day.

5 of my gal pals and I decided to book a trip with Fish On Sport Fishing Charters for a 5 hr charter. Captain Bryan and first mate Brady did an outstanding job explaining Great Lakes fishing on Lake Michigan. We launched out of Sheboygan, WI. Our group was all 50+ ladies.
The crew hoisted our coolers and gear and helped us safely on and off the boat. This crew made sure everyone got a turn to get the adrenaline rush of cranking a rod. We all can’t wait for the next trip.
Fish On owner Brian Foreman is a great to work with and made scheduling this Friday night adventure a breeze.

I have used FishingBooker for several years and have generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent experience (6 June 2026) was disappointing.

I reserved an eight hour bottom fishing trip for nine people months (14 December 2025) in advance and paid a deposit ($249.00) to secure the reservation. Several members of our group traveled long distances to participate. About a week (1 June 2026) before the trip, I contacted the captain to confirm that everything was still on schedule, but I received no response. At approximately 9:00 p.m. the night (5 June 2026) before the trip, I received notice that the charter had been canceled without any explanation.

Although my deposit was refunded, the short notice made it impossible to find another charter capable of accommodating a group of nine. Many members of our group were understandably disappointed after investing significant time and travel expenses to attend.

I want to recognize FishingBooker’s customer service team, especially Lela, for taking the time to discuss the situation with me. FishingBooker acknowledged the inconvenience, promptly refunded my deposit, and issued a $125.00 cashback credit valid through June 10, 2027, as a gesture of goodwill. While no credit can replace the experience that was lost, I appreciate their effort to make things right and their professional handling of the matter.

My experience with the charter operator was frustrating, but my experience with FishingBooker’s customer support was positive. I hope stronger standards for communication and accountability can help prevent similar situations for future customers.

Have used Fishingbooker.com twice now and its a great service. Can easily find great guides and trips, book and communicate with the guide and get an idea of what we will catch and experience. Both trips were awesome. And even got a loyalty discount on the second trip.
Don't waste time trying to identify respectable, good guides in your own. Fishingbooker makes it just to easy and convenient with its reviews, pics, guarantees, cancelation policy and communication. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Every time I messaged Captain Joe he responded very quickly. He also called a day before our charter and offered to start an hour earlier because the flies were starting to hatch. This helped us nearly make our quota because one the flies start coming up the fish stop biting.
Captain Joe was very knowledgeable about the area. He was able to find good areas where there were lots of fish.

All in all Great trip, our party of 4 had an Awesome time, definitely will book his charter again.
