Responses to my requests are always swift and effective. Ease of booking for my customers and also for me as an operator.....

The representative Niko was Great, he was able to answer my questions and fix a problem I was having and let me know my booking was all good and confirmed.
We will use Fishing Booker again!

Fishing Booker makes it so easy for customers and especially the Captains! You get notifications immediately, it's so easy to communicate with customers and it automatically links with your calendar! Communication with the staff is very quick also. I love this app as a Captain!

FishingBooker is an incredible company providing an incredible service. I have utilized the service over the years to book fishing charters when traveling to other states. It helps me find charters that are perfect for the size of boat length of trips and most importantly the target species that we are looking to go after. In a recent charter we had dud charter service and FishingBooker had reached out and provided a more than fair resolution. Which showed me how much they truly care about me as a consumer. Niko which the Sr. Support Specialist that reached out to me after our trip was very helpful in providing information and more insight in to the values of this company. Which through a weeks worth of emails and follow Niko / FishingBooker made the best out a bad situation. Niko took my concerns and input and reassured that my opinions were valued and I was valued as a customer. I want to thank Niko first and foremost for his diligence in the matter and FishingBooker for going above and beyond every when they didn’t have to.

Charter was cancelled by captain, the third party piece of crap did not send any emails or notifications about the cancellation

I downloaded the FishingBooker app to book an experience for my husband, daughter and her three friends - 4 new 16 year old “fisher girls!” My Husband and I were so excited to take them for their first offshore big fishing trip. Long story short, we booked a very expensive trip and the captain called to “give us a better experience” but changed us to the next day. Well, the next day came and we never heard from him - Capt Ron, Fishhawk Charters. My Husband frantically started calling and texting; I got on the app to try to find another charter but to no avail. Devastating!! All the sudden, I got a random number calling on my phone. I answered it, and it was Chloe from FishingBooker. She not only knew about the problem, but had already started calling other captains and charters trying to find something for us!!! She stayed with me for over two hours until she found a charter for us in the morning - This was at 9 PM!
We have not had customer service like this in years from any company. Not only was she, friendly and diligent, she was proactive in texting me and calling me and didn’t stop until she found one. It was truly impressive and quite overwhelming in a great way!!! I haven’t felt so cared for by a company and I really long time.(FishingBooker… give Chloe a raise!!!) ❤️ Thank you FishingBooker and Thank you so much Chloe for 100% saving our vacation!!!

Captain Kevin gave us a memorable day! We brought home a cooler full of Spanish, sea bass, and Bonita--having some for dinner tonight!
And working with Fishing Booker to arrange the charter was an exceptional experience!

I hadn’t heard from the captain of our fishing trip in Biloxi. The trip is 2 days from now. I had messaged him 3 times, no answer. Contacted Help at FishingBooker and after Nico intervened he messaged me within 5 minutes.

Niko was great letting me know my listing looks great. Letting me know things Performance wise on a national level too. He made me feel very comfortable and part of my team. Fishing Booker is awesome with the support and care of your business. Definitely part of my family.
