We understand you have already spoken with our Education Manager regarding your concerns. Following this, a thorough review was conducted across delivery, student feedback, and internal processes. As a result, actions have been implemented to strengthen both delivery and student support at the Newcastle campus.

While the course was delivered in line with the requirements of the nationally recognised training product, we acknowledge that your experience did not reflect the standard we strive to provide. Your feedback has been valuable in helping us identify areas for improvement moving forward.
