i thought there was a 2 year warranty with my treadmill based on their website, my running deck broke at the end of this period, literally 10 days after but they would not look after me, they told me i should have registered with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchasing to get the warranty, anyhow i'm really disappointed and would advise against anyone else purchasing from them

Delivered to my door in the estimated time and was in perfect condition.

Score! A good deal and I knew exactly when it would arrive. Setting it up was a bit of a project, but worth it. Now I can get swole without leaving the house. Goodbye, gym membership fees, hello gains!

I ordered a Nordictrack crosstrainer which wss €1000 less than everywhere else. It arrived bang-on time, and was packaged really well.

The delivery driver (a lovely fella) would not let me and my wife carry the package, and insisted on carrying it into our garage. Cannot fault great service like that.

An absolute grand experience with FitnessDigital! This be me second time shopping with 'em, and I couldn't be happier. Their reliability is top-notch, from the quality o' their products to the swift delivery—everything's been spot on. But, I'll have ya know, I did run into a wee bit o' bother tryin' to get in touch with customer service through the Irish website; seemed a tad tricky, it did. Now, that didn't spoil the overall experience for me, mind ya, but it'd be grand if they'd sort that out. And would ya believe it, on the invoice, there's the phone number for FitnessDigital Spain—bit peculiar, if ya ask me. But despite these quirks, I still have full faith in this company and would recommend 'em to anyone in the market for top-notch fitness gear. Five stars, no question about it

Got the Marcy Eclipse HG3000 Home Gym. From the time of purchase I could track where my parcel was and it was delivered within the window that they gave me. Driver rang me beforehand to ensure that someone would be home. Everything was in order and I had the gym assembled in 3hours. Assembly instruction were plain and simple, I just laid everything out beforehand to make sure that all of the parts would be in sequence of assembly. Just using it for a day so far but it seems to be well made and robust.

Guys, this website is legit, and you can buy safely. It takes a while to arrive because their hub is in Spain and the product isn't easy to ship (spinning bike), but other than that, all is good. Fast shipping (1 day) and the tracking works well. The bike is very, very good, solid, no shaking at all. Highly recommend it.

After reading all the other reviews I was hesitant to order the Nordic Track Vault from fitness digital. But the fact that it was €1500 cheaper than other sites that deliver to ireland swayed me.

And I am so glad I did. Highly fragile equipment, and incredibly heavy, delivered to just outside of my door, I would prefer inside obviously, but for €9.99, incredible. Everything is perfect.

Don't hesitate to order from Fitness Digital… you won’t be disappointed … and get the Nordic Vault, it’s incredible…

Do not buy anything off this company, once you hand over the money they will not even respond to an email. Im left with €800 out of pocket. Worse I've ever had to deal with. Avoid like the plague!!

Still no reply or fix for my threadmill. Please do not order from these scammers. I have a 2800 euro piece of crap, I can't use. No refund, no fix, no emails. I have gone from angry to upset that I was scammed. Please do not make same mistake as me.

I ordered an exercise mat from what I thought was an Irish company since the website has an Irish domain name. I got an email saying the mat had dispatched from Spain, which I was disappointed with as I needed the mat within a few days. A couple of weeks later and still no mat. I checked the tracking information and apparently it got to the nearest depot in Ireland and was sent back to sender due to a "problem" with my address. I don't know what the problem was as my address was down correctly. I wasn't notified of any of this. I have contacted them about a refund and haven't had a reply.

I was reluctant to order an elliptical (cross trainer) from this company as some of the reviews here are not great.
The item was delivered early and all seems well. Have found their customer service to be pretty responsive.
Update: we discovered a faulty part on the elliptical . I contacted customer service and a replacement part was dispatched immediately. Unfortunately it fell victim to Brexit and covid delays but got here after two months. Customer service were helpful, responsive and apologetic the whole time. Overall, despite the defect, a very positive transaction and I am very happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately I just feel I have to write this review. Bought a v expensive bike from this company - I wanted a spin bike, I didn’t get one, when I asked for exchange they brought their supplier into loop and I was then at the mercy of their supplier. A year later after numerous calls and emails I was told they could only exchange in the first two weeks - absolutely awful experience - I would caution buying from this company

The customer service is absolutely shocking. No response at all. My spin bike is faulty and no way to talk to them to resolve my issue

I placed an order late on Saturday evening, the item arrived early Tuesday morning.

This was my first time purchasing from Fitnessdigital.ie and it was a swift and easy service.

I previously had problems with delivery and unsatisfactory service from this business regarding my order, of which part of was delivered on a different day. However after contacting customer service about the issue - fitnessdigital.ie directly, as they have different domains I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and efficiently my issue was resolved. Despite past experience I have to credit customer service and the efficiency of it after a concern was raised. As long as you keep in mind delivery delays and are patient then ordering from this business should be just fine. Again, amazing customer service.

I ordered a treadmill from these guys and it arrived with the wrong plug. It came with a 2 pin European plug. I contacted their customer service team a week ago and still have not got a response. Their customer care is terrible and I see from reading other reviews online that this is a common problem. It appears they have different domain names for every country and ship all their products from Spain. Not really an Irish company.
It is very frustrating and stressful to have to deal with this. A simple email even acknowledging that they have read my email would be good, but, alas noting.

Excellent price, delivery was promised in 12 working days and arrived in 11. Would have preferred a more robust tracking system as it comes via Dachser and they don’t have online tracking.
Product is exactly as advertised, excellent and easy to follow assembly instruction (bought the Marcy multi gym), good quality equipment. Reviews I found online were positive, happy customer!!

There's no less reputable company

If I had checked review sites before ordering from fitnessdigital then I'd have avoided them like the plague. I hope that others will benefit from my review and avoid dealing with this company.
They don't have a phone number. that really should be the alarm-bell that alerts you to shop elsewhere. My own purchase was a €2,000 treadmill delivered faulty and with parts missing. All communication about the order has been ignored by fitnessdigital. Don't order from them. Deal with a reputable company. I can only hope that many people heed this review and take their business elsewhere. I've learned a valuable lesson, at least.
