I have not received my order, after two emails there still has been ne response, yet I have had reminders about reviewing Fitness Haus, not a happy customer, so be honest even one star is too much!!!

No Customer Support

Purchased resistance bands a few months back. Haven't really used them much but the black band broke. I then tried to get a warranty replacement for the band but was not able to contact them in any way. The live chat just showed my message and they never replied and the info@ email does not exist.

UPDATE
FitnessHaus have managed to find this review and have contacted my email. I have ammended the review

Superb Quality

The products I purchased were perfect. As a PT, I’ve found the quality of the product to be superb. They have seen many hours of use and are still in superb condition. Would definitely recommend!!!
