While me and my husband live under Challenge Works, the landlord said she be back with second key then never seen her again. The floor was very dirty and they said there will be microwave which there wasn't. Everything dirty, broken and mouldy in the toilet, water leaking every time we use the shower, the fridge tapped up and one of the window can't even open properly. We have contacted the landlord on multiple occasions for such matters but the landlord never respond. Do not rent Challenge Works. She also holding our deposit hostage so now we need solicitor to get it back. We still not receive any communication even though we have tried to contact her twice to release the deposit.

Callum always did viewings at our house and is always very helpful and friendly

Although we didn’t go for a house with fit property for this current year we most definitely will be next year after our experience with Dan.

Callum let my family take videos of the accommodation so they could show me therefore I was still involved while having to stay at home! I appreciate this so much, thank you.

Yesterday Callum took us around some student accommodation in Sheffield. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He suggested us taking our own videos to look back on. Nothing was too much trouble and he is an asset to his team. Thank you very much
