Love Five Four...but improve quality
Customer service experience has been just fine. Never any issues with delivery. Design of clothes is awesome! That said, the quality of the fabric is really bad in my opinion. I have had button pop off of three shirts. The t-shirts start to fade pretty bad after a month or two. I have almost quit because of the quality and still frequently consider it. I have stayed because - 1. I hate shopping and 2. I really really like the look of the clothes.

I have been a member of Five Four since the beginning. It's a great value, and I look forward to the packages each month. I especially love their jackets. My one issue however is the quality. I have began to notice that the workmanship of the clothes has slipped. Loose threads, unfinished edges, things that quality control missed. I wish they would pay more attention to that aspect, but at $60 per month, it is still a good value.

I find that I am getting too much of the same thing. For instance I now have 3 bomber style jackets. It would be great if they would mix things up a bit more.
Im paying about $110-$120 /mth in Canadian dollars. Sometimes (maybe 50% of the time) I dont think I get good value for that amount of money.
I would say that I am about 1-2 months away from stopping my subscription for the above 2 reasons. Been doing this for a while with you guys.
You get what you pay for
Shipping takes far to long, the products are not the highest quality - you get what you pay for. The sizes are to cookie-cutter so 90% of their products have a flaw of some kind in how they fit. More specifically pants and collard shirts.

Exceeded my expectations for sure. I have enjoyed everything I have received- I'm not much of a fashion guy and Five Four has moved me from just my normal traditional men's looks. My wife now calls me trendy, that never happened before I joined. I look forward to my shipment each month.

FiveFour is a great experience overall
FiveFour is a great experience overall. They have super hip and original clothing that varies from month to month. They regularly have styles from modern designers, which can be a mix of good and bad depending on your personal style. My personal reason for cancelling the service is because I would regularly get jeans, shorts, and sometimes shirts that had styles that I hated or were not flattering.
I have a "thick and sporty" shape and I often had problems fitting my calves into the jeans that were sent. If I changed the waste size, I could get my legs in, but then the waist would be too large or too baggy. I also didn't like the shorts, joggers, or other pants that had the low crotch style because it made me look like I was wearing a baby diaper. Not pretty! Also, some of the shirts have a split in the side, which I like, but later versions of shirts wound up being an inch or two longer on the back half, thus covering my butt a little and making it look like I was hiding my butt shape with an overly long and baggy shirt back. It's hard to describe, but it was't a good look. Mind you, the 1/2 inch longer in the back looked good, but the longer ones were really bad.
Finally, I think a consideration that all clothing companies need to consider is body type. Again, I have a thick and sporty shape, with wide shoulder, big forearms, smaller waist, and thick legs. Certain styles of clothes work with this body type extremely well, while others ruin my shape -- for example, pretty much anything that is designed to give a super skinny person more volume or pad their body shape, winds up distorting my shape making me look tremendously overweight or wildly out of proportion. Good examples of this include skinny jeans, the shirt's with a longer back, low crotch pants, and jogging pants that wrap tightly around the ankle.
But like I said, it's a great company overall. They just have had alot more misses for me in the past year, that forced me to cancel.
Shopping on autopilot
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. I've been a subscriber going on 3 years now. The jeans are great and the fiancee is annoyed with how well everything fits me. Typically, I receive something I really love maybe every 2-3 months. Although, at times I do feel like they call it in when I get two basic t'shirts and a pair of socks.

I have been purchasing from Five Four for about 4 years i think. Every couple months they send me something that I will absolutely never wear. But the rest of the time its all great stuff.

It has to be hard to send everyone what they might like to where all the time, but Five Four has done a great job. There was one sweater I liked, in particular but lost it. Couldn't find another and Five Four couldn't help. Would like them to help with that in the future. I have gotten a lot of great clothes every month with no need to shop. A real time saver!

I have been using this company for over 3 years now and I can't think of one bad thing to say. I've only had to deal with their customer service once in those three years and the experience was a pleasant one. The clothes and accessories are amazing. It seems as if I'm always sent exactly what I need. And if for some reason I don't get what I need, they have an amazing selection in their store which are also priced reasonably. I would strongly recommend (and have already) this company to anyone.
