I've had great experiences with Five Four. I've been a member for almost four years now. Although I sometimes question their sizing (things fit big most of the time and small on occasion, especially button-ups), I got used to it quickly and have had almost no issues with my packages. The only complaint I really have is that when you send something back due to a sizing or damage issue (only once), you more likely than not will not receive the exact same item back, which can be a little disappointing. All in all, I think they are pretty top notch and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I love 95% of the items that I get, and 5% I don't like is because I'm not always adventurous. I have been a subscriber for probably close to 2 years so the vast majority of my wardrobe in Five Four Club.

This is my 2 cents and my intent is not to condemn FiveFour but to give feedback on my experience for the past few years. I signed up for FiveFour for the convenience and selected the “fashion forward” profile or something like that. I haven’t received too many “forward” items and I even contacted them once to ask why does it seem that all the clothes I receive are either blue, black, grey or beige. Several months in a row I received nothing but hoodies and I had to tell them, “no more hoodies, please”. 2 months ago I had to tell them, “no more khakis please”. Out of all the shirts I’ve received, I’ve only really liked one of them. What FiveFour does get right for some reason are jeans, I have 5 or 6 pairs now and I like them all. I’m considering freezing or cancelling my subscription and trying Trendy Butler because they allow returns for items you don’t like. T-shirts are another issue they can improve on, they make some of them out of a cotton/poly blend that makes me start sweating the minute I put it on.

I like the idea of receiving the monthly package in the mail along with the info on ways to wear them. However there are a few things that I am not too fond of 1) the shipping takes way to long, I get charged on the 15th of the month but I often don’t get the package till the first week of the following month 2) the selection sometimes seem repetitive 3) it would be nice to maybe have an email with 4-5 choices of items and be a lebaron to pick 2-3 based on availability.

Cancellation is only allowed via phone call. Mediocre products.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Five Four. I love their product and would/do recommend it to all of my friends who want to up their style. And feel good while looking good.

Always pleased with the quality and design of the clothing. Rarely do I receive a piece that I think does not fit my lifestyle and personality. I do look forward to receiving the package each month!

Why 4 and not 5? Some of the items are not really my style but most are very good. Pants fit like a glove. Too many casual t shirts.

Good quality clothes. I'm happy with some of selections I wouldn't have made but am glad they did. Am happy to get non FiveFour logo t shirts but not a fan of the shirts with their logo. That's because I don't like wearing brand names that scream their name. I get complements on the clothes they send me and will continue to be a customer. Would love it if they sent accessories other than belts(bags, bracelets, etc)

I feel no need to go clothes shopping anymore.

Great clothes, usually great value per month. However, because I've been a member for 6 years, I have had several instances of similar items sent to me. We used to be able to send items back, but now cannot. Because of this, it would be nice to have a little bit of options for what is sent each month (maybe allow us to have an a, b, c option that we can choose online).

To many jackets/coats are sent. This leads to an excess of similar products that will rarely get used.

The clothing quality is second to none. I absolutely love how you rarely receive similar items so your wardrobe is diverse. Fitting has been very on point as of late. Would recommend for sure.

Love the service. They send solid items that have increasingly fit my style more and more.

I've been a member for a few years now and have been increasingly disappointed. The packages used to contain valuable and attractive clothing options that seemed to be worth the money.
After changing style profiles a few times to stop getting jeans, I still continued to get jeans for months afterward. I have also been getting a lot of repeats with little difference between them (two two-toned jackets, three white T-shirts, etc.)
All I have been getting recently were only two items per package, and they are not worth the subscription money at all (one T-shirt for $30, as an example).
The clothes are cheaply made and some of already have rips and tears in them.
I will definitely not be continuing my subscription anymore.

I have used Five Four for well over 2 years. Obviously, I think they are a good deal and more importantly I like their clothes. They provide fine customer service. I rarely have any issues, maybe twice a year and usually it's about how the clothes fit but they do a good job of solving the issues.

This is a great solution. The clothes are great quality and I've been very satisfied. The only reason I don't award the five stars is that, after being with FiveFour for nearly two years, I have a lot of similar looking shirts - i.e.,same color, look, and feel. It's ok as I have donated most of them, but I would love more of a variety.

All in all - I am enjoying the service.
