Excellent customer service and workmanship
Excellent communication from start to finish with regular text updates regarding status of repairs. Staff were customer centred, friendly and courteous during all contacts. The repair was carried out to a high standard and car was like new when it was returned. Excellent overall experience.

From start to finish this was a very efficient and professional experience,not only was our vehicle(which is eight years old) repaired like new, the vehicle was returned to us in showroom condition. It was valeted inside and out. This company I would recommend without hesitation.

Really professional repair job
Really professional repair job after driver drove into the rear of my car. Obviously there were long delays in getting replacement parts but that was beyond their control. But I was kept informed if the progress of getting the parts and once arrived the work was carried out quickly and I was kept informed at each stage.

I found Fix Auto Ayr and the staff a great company to deal with. They were communicative and helpful from the beginning and this continued through the repair process. Repairs maybe took a little longer than normal though.

Fix Auto Ayr is an effective and friendly car repairer. I have had the same good experience twice in the last couple of months. Although I hope to avoid seeing them again in the near future. 1 star off because the first time around the online tool indicating percentage completeness of the job didn't tally with the actual state of completion and skewed my expectations.

They kept me informed about the process…
They kept me informed about the process of my repair. but when I got my car back after repair my window doesn't go down so they never checked it after fixing the door panel. Not so happy about it 😕

All cars are Quality Control Checked before leaving our premises and there were no concerns regarding the window when it left. We will contact you directly this morning to discuss and look to rectify any fault that may be there but with it being frosty weather now being in winter it maybe related to frost.
