HASSLE FREE
Pranging your car is traumatising enough, and it certainly helps when getting it fixed is a breeze. Thats what happened to me, my insurance company nominated Fix Auto to fix my car and I am glad they did. The whole experience was simple from start to finish. Dropped off my car, picked up replacement car, got regular updates as to when my car would be ready, it was ready before scheduled and they actually delivered it back to my house. First class service and in the nicest possible way, I hope I don't see them again for a long tome

Car was fitted in really quick
Car was fitted in really quick, with contact made by my insurer.
They fixed the car in half the time they originally thought, and returned the car back to me so shiny!!
Car looks fab, would definitely go back.

We would recommend Fix Auto. The service was friendly and efficient, and they did a great job on the repair. Communication was excellent - we received regular updates via phonecalls and text messages.

The whole team were so helpful and attentive! Every single person I spoke to either on the phone or in person were so helpful, friendly and informative! I received text updates of the status of my car, a courtesy car whilst mine was in the body shop and a really good turnaround time! The car was returned in immaculate condition, the driver was so lovely and it even came back with seat covers and floor protectors! Thank you so much to the whole team

Would have been five stars except they…
Would have been five stars except they didn't update me when they said they would and i had to return to Fix auto because when they did the wheel alignment it left the steering wheel misaligned, so very near a perfect experience, a rare thing these days and as i have been in accident repair for over forty years the quality of the body repair really was first class.

Car as new again
Not seen the repairs yet but the wife says the car looks as good as the day we bought it. Weekly texts to keep you informed of progress is brilliant and their estimated time to fix was accurate to the day. Cannot recommend them highly enough if you are unfortunate enough to require their services. Thank you very much.

Excellent service and quality repair. Regular communication received to advise on repair process and completion date. Courtesy car made available through period of works. The repair finish and the paintwork was excellent.

Whole front end ripped of my 14 year old Fiat Uno
Whole front end of my 17 year old daughters 14 year old Fiat Punto was ripped off. Would of been an insurance write off.
Went for quote mor in hope.
Was a very competitive quote.
They were happy for me to source cheap 2nd hand parts.
Could not believe how well they fitted the old parts.
An amazing job, great price.

Fix Auto in Brackley recently repaired the front grille and spoiler on my TTS.
I have to say that the service has been first class. Everybody who I have encountered has been polite, friendly and courteous. The quality of work has been exceptional too. I have no hesitation in recommending this team!!!
