Great customer service. Proposed repairs, costs and time frame to complete them were clearly explained and timing of the repair was arranged to suit me. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful whether on the phone or in the office.
The loan car was basic but good to drive.
Everything was just hassle less.

I have used this excellent body shop for both minor and major repairs on a variety of vehicles including Jaguar XJ8, Honda C-RV, and Lexus over many years. All of the repairs have been carried out to the highest possible standards and are so good that it really is impossible to see where the repair has taken place. Even on older cars where there has been an element of paint fading, these guys match the colour perfectly. I would not go anywhere else. Pete Hankin body shop manager and the lovely Christy who you meet on your arrival, Steve the boss are all really friendly and helpful and provide superb customer service.

The repair was outstanding. The receptionist and delivery driver fantastic. The customer service I received from the chap who I dealt with was woeful. No ‘good morning’. He kept me waiting for ages while he moved things around his desk. It was quite surreal.

All started very well estimate and picking up the car for repair.
Work carried out and car returned all looked fine.
A few days later I found paint marks on the rear door which they had not done any work on.
Had to return the car to them and they were helpful and removed the paint marks while I waited but there is still a slight mark on the rear door.
Also powder must have got onto the seats and has left a shadow on the front passenger seat.
They were recommended by VOLVO so I expected better.
Maybe its just my poor experience with them as everyone else is happy.

My van was involved in an RTA, another driver decided they wanted to be in my lane without looking. After reporting the accident I was advised to take my van to be assessed. This was done at another recommended repairer and it was of their opinion that my van was a write off!

The value offered to me by the loss adjusters was way below what it would cost to replace the vehicle with similar spec / age mileage, so I had to look at other options. I spoke to several independent vehicle assessors one of them recommended Fix Auto Deepcut.

I then decided it would be better to seek a second opinion on the true damage to my van and approached Fix Auto Deepcut, who are on my insurance companies approved repairers list.

Fix Auto Deepcut arranged to come and pick up my van, take it to their workshop to be checked and assessed. After they checked that the van chassis and suspension had not been damaged (the wheel was scratched), Fix Auto confirmed that my van could be economically repaired (front wing, side doors and front wheel) and was not a write off.

The communication with me through the whole process was excellent and reassuring, the finished work was really good and carried out quickly.

Had to have a rear tailgate scratch repaired, tried a more local Volvo Approved bodyshop who didn’t bother to reply for two weeks… Fix replied by return, were helpful and friendly.
Repair excellent as is guarantee, loan car free, pretty new and presentable, quote same as other body shop.
Kristy in reception always polite, professional and friendly.
Would recommend unhesitatingly-you pay a bit more, get value for money.

Very good fix

I have used Fix-Auto Deepcut Garage for a number of years, including during my time with previous companies, and have always been impressed by Steve, Pete and the team, with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. So much so, they are now our preferred repairer for all insurance claims submitted to our insurer.
A special mention must also go to Kristy Robinson, who is exceptionally efficient. As a Fleet Manager, it is reassuring to know that whenever I contact Kristy, any request is handled promptly and professionally. All work is completed swiftly, and vehicles are returned to us without any fuss.
