Kristy was really helpful, communication was good, different stages clearly and perfectly explained and the hire car was sorted and all fine. Was minimal fuss throughout whole process.

I can highly recommend Fix Auto Deepcut, I’ve been so impressed with how helpful they were and keeping me in regular contact about my car.
They delivered a courtesy car to my home on Christmas Eve which I knew was a busy time for them and then they went above and beyond to deliver my car when it was ready to my workplace.
Excellent customer service and my car looked brand new and they had cleaned it inside and out. Thank you

From first contact to the finish Fix Auto and Kristy were great, the office is clean and welcoming, the staff in the office look smart and it is set out well. Everything ran smoothly and my car was back within a week. Very pleased with the service received.

You were help and quick and a good job

Arranging a time for putting my car in and communication with me throughout from their front desk was excellent. My one niggle was that I did not expect the courtesy car that I was provided with to have had to have been covered by my own car insurance - I really didn't want that to take that risk. This may have been down to my car insurance company, but has not been my experience in the past with the same company when getting repairs done through them (and recently through a different FixAuto branch, unless that is I hadn't been made aware). As a result I returned the courtesy car after one day having used it to return home after dropping off my car at the body shop. Not a great inconvenience, but something that could have been. That said this does not change my overall +ve view, and I am recommending FixAuto to any daughter for work she needs doing on her car.
