Excellent repair to the damaged panels on my vehicle. Easy to contact the team when I needed an item from the glove box. Everyone friendly and professional

Courtesy car was great and appreciated having it.
Was asked to top up the fuel so of course did but received my car back with my fuel light on when I had left it with 150 miles so bit disappointed that the same courtesy was not delivered to me.
Fuel prices are so expensive at the moment as well.

The quality of the repair was excellent, and I’m very pleased with the finished result. There were a couple of issues during the process, mainly around communication and timescales, but once I escalated my concerns, the director handled everything professionally, kept me informed, and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Overall, I’m very happy with the repair and would recommend them, although there’s room for improvement in communication from the call handling staff.

Fix Auto, from the outset were amazing with arranging my car repairs and communication.
The works completed were excellent, where no faults could be found.

I generally dont write reviews. However this one needs to be written. My Golf GTI was hit on the passenger side which included the door, wing and bumper. I had given the car to fix autos.

2 weeks later the car was ready to collect when i had gone to collect it the customer service from Naomi was not great it's like she didnt wana deal with me you could just tell on her face. When the car was collected the quality of the paintwork was horrific the bumper, wing and door had heavy amounts of orange peel, when i noticed it i took the car back too Fix Auto's to show the bodyshop manager Alistair Payne and when i had shown the paintwork to him he denied the fact that the paintwork had any issues and it was an OEM standard, and he then called me a liar saying that the drivers side of the car has been polished and the passenger side which was freshly painted was not even though it shouldve been polished, according to the bodyshop manager "it's not our job to polish the car its a detailers"

So overall i would not recommend this bodyshop to anyone and i cannot believe that this is a VW approved bodyshop, as VW Leicester's bodyshop had said themselves that the work completed was not to an OEM standard. I also think that Alistair Payne should either learn the in's and out's of bodywork again, or he should get his eyes checked as there is a report to say that the work has not been completed to a OEM standard.

Van went to FixA for a assessment and repair. It was written off due to costs. £5k in repairs - which I did for £280! They pushed my vehicle over the 66% by insisting on things like changing the nearly new tyre AND wheel - even though they were NEVER involved in a very light cosmetic tap when I was stationary - 5mph! To make the assessment they removed my front bumper and undertray, and the front grill. I picked the van up so I could carryout the repairs myself. They had used duct tape to the wheel arches to STICK my bumper back! DUCT TAPE!!!!!!! The front grill was missing x2 of the 4 fixings. My bumper missing x2. My undertray was missing all x3 of the fixings. I've had to purchase new Vauxhall (£8 each) fixings, clips, trims etc. They NEVER left my fixings even though they said they have. I searched my WHOLE VAN. If they had - I wouldn't of had to call my insurance company, make a complaint - just to be told 'we did leave them'. If they had - I could have fixed my van a week earlier instead of ringing Vauxhall, identifying what I needed, ordering, paying, driving to Leicester to pick up what was missing. Yes - it's a works van, not new - but mine. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS PROPERTY - ONCE THEY HAD WRITTEN IT OFF. Couldn't be bothered to put things back - just chucked my undertray in the back after breaking some important clips to secure it. Came back WORSE than AFTER the bump! MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHARE MY PICTURES ON REQUEST.

Following a crash a few weeks earlier, I had a really tight deadline for my vehicle repair as I needed my vehicle back in time for a road trip I'd booked in France. Luckily, the team at Fix Auto pulled out all the stops to complete the work in time - and there was a lot of work required too! They also kept me up to date with regular comms helping to make what would be a very stressful experience as calm as possible. Worth mentioning too that there were a couple of minor issues I noticed during my road trip (but nothing that impacted the drive), and the team were quick to get these resolved upon my return. Huge thanks to Laura, Naomi, Paula and Dan!

Maybe the worst service I ever had. Car was originally due on 8th May. Finally received in on 19 June. I was never called by Fix Auto, I always needed to follow up with them. When I did receive my car back it was filthy. There were screws that had not been tightened. I had rubber door seals on both side hanging off the car. Could not recommend more than to stay away from Fix Auto.

friendly people. If you turn up and everyone is busy they acknowledge your presence.
Seems like they like to do a good job so they may keep your vehicle a little longer than you would like.
I only required a small job to be done but looks good. I did have to source a special VW part for them as they could not find one but they were very thankful and polite

The customer service was great. However, the car was returned dirty and not washed.
It feels like the person who stole the vehicle has just got out of it. Sad end to a horrible experience.

Fix Auto were brilliant from the start. Very professional, helpful and so reassuring. Paula was so knowledgeable and so helpful and gave me all the confidence I needed to leave my car there. The bodywork was finished to the highest standard. A very satisfied customer.

Great service! Flagged I was on a time scale to have car complete before holiday and they supported with hire car and completing for my return. Great communication and did a great job!

Brought my car in to fix a poor previous repair from another body shop. Was done quickly and smoothly but unfortunately the work was not up to standard. Brought the car back and was quick to agree and decided to have the work redone at no cost. This time it unfortunately did take a few weeks and communication could be a little better but the work is absolutely spot on this time around cannot fault it. Reception have been very helpful throughout.

Following a no fault RTC the insurance company delegated this company to repair the vehicle. Dents and crumples restored to a new condition making the car look brilliant and clean. Though it took 8 weeks (parts being the issue) it was worth the wait. The claims team (L) was very helpful and polite. First no fault fault accident in 40 years the team did a fantastic job.. Thankyou!
