Then the question begs why leave a review at all? We really don't mind a bit of constructive criticism... it actually helps us improve. We looked at your file and didn't find anything of note - there were no specific comments recorded.
During a road test, we identified an issue which required us to order a wheel bearing, which we informed you of when you contacted us. This took place on 2/3, and the vehicle was subsequently returned. on 6/3. None of this is out of the ordinary.
While our communication could have been better, we can't rectify an issue that we're not aware of. Do tell us what else went wrong, otherwise we'll just have to accept a not very deserved one star rating.

Great repair & service team
Agreed collection from home and return drop off after repair all went smoothly and no hassle with great communication throughout.
The only slightest negative but doesn't warrant any star reduction is that the car was handed back in pristine washed and cleaned condition apart from the wheels that were all missed.
Would recommend and still use them again.

Great service. All work done as needed, they made the process incredibly easy start to finish. Even gave my car a clean in and out which was a brilliant little plus.

My car was collected after it was involved in an accident and delivered back when the repair was finished. The car looked fantastic and was lovely and clean. Great work by Fox Auto UK I would definitely recommend them.
