Quick and reliable, car was lovely and clean when I picked it up after it was repaired. Only thing I would say outside the office there is an uneven pice of tarmac, to watch out for. So you don't trip over like I did. An excellent service otherwise.

The arrangements for my car to be repaired were done professionally and I was kept well informed of progress. The two men who delivered my courtesy car and took my car for repair couldn’t have been better…..both very friendly and professional and explained what would be happening regarding the repair and timescale.

Great service. Fix Auto were really helpful and accommodated me with a good time around my work when collecting and dropping off the car. The work carried out was brilliant also. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic Job on my car. The repair was impressive could not see where the damage had been. The Staff had kept me up to Date with How the work was progressing. really great job

Great job, replaced bumper, steel reinforcement behind bumper and new tow bar fitted. Noticed my rear n/s light lense was slightly cracked but hadn’t been replaced, not too bothered though as I can probably pick one up and replace myself.

Straight forward process from start to finish with good communication

Great service ,kept me informed about my car repairs and I had the use of a coursty car which was a life saver for me .my fixed car bought back to my home address which was brilliant

My Toyota yaris had to have a new rear windscreen and two new tyres after criminal damage and the work was carried out well and i am pleased with the work

Very good quick service, no problems. Very impressed with the communication between Enterprise car hire and Fix Auto, it meant I could drop my car, collect the hire car, no problems. Standard of repair was excellent, very good service!

Although the Insurance company were very slow to decide to repair or scrap the car once you got the go ahead the repair was done quickly.

Car looked good as new, got it back sooner than I thought

Whilst the staff were friendly and helpful, I was not happy with the lack of repairs that were still visible from the accident. Also extra scratches that were not there before I took my car in

Car was filthy when picked up. Told it had been cleaned. However this was not the case dust everywhere.and floor carpets all thick with dirt. After asking to be cleaned again still dirty. I gave up in the end and went and got it valeted myself. Reception staff very helpful with updating you just lacking on the handover.
