Car was filthy when picked up. Told it had been cleaned. However this was not the case dust everywhere.and floor carpets all thick with dirt. After asking to be cleaned again still dirty. I gave up in the end and went and got it valeted myself. Reception staff very helpful with updating you just lacking on the handover.

After having an accident in my car which gladly nobody was hurt I telephoned my Insurance company and straight away they put me in touch with Fix Auto who arranged to pick up my car for repair.
My car was picked up and later that day I received a text message with a link to repair tracker and was able to track my repair.
Fix Auto was very helpful and my car was delivered back to me in no time.
Very good customer service.

Having been directed to Fix auto Liverpool from my Insurance, I found the booking easy enough just had to make sure my hire car was available on the day they wanted to take my car. Plus I found the text messages on updates on my repair welcome.
My car came back in good order, so have no hesitation in using them again, but hopefully not to repair my car!

Although it took a while to get the parts (common problem at the moment) they kept me up to date. Once fixed looked like new thanks

Car repaired quickly, all to a good standard but not all of damage was repaired. Will need to return to repair shop to be completed.
