VW Golf repair
I was extremely pleased with the result. The car was picked up as arranged and I was kept informed all the way through. When my Golf was returned it looked better than even before it was damaged. I would highly recommend Fix Auto Mid Devon. I would add that if trustpilot could make their app less sensitive it would greatly help writing the reviews

Excellent and efficient service
I was surprised and thrilled with the speed they repaired my car, keeping me updated with progress throughout. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to to anything- they collected my car, left me with a courtesy car,then returned mine when it was ready. Excellent service and so efficient.

After my accident and reporting it to my insurance company I was contacted by Fix Auto the same day. All the staff I talked to were polite and professional. I was kept up to date vi's text message at all stages, from when my car was picked up to when it was dropped off at the end. This was a excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you Fix Auto

Wish I could use them all the time!!!
My car was in an accident late November and Fix Auto Mid Devon was the insurance approved repairer, my car was taken in on the Sunday (collected within 90 minutes) and I received a phone call from the garage on Monday.
From that point on (day one) I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions I had.
My car was also due an MOT and Service during the time it was being repaired which Fix Auto also managed to arrange for me so it was one less thing I had to worry about.
As December wore on (while waiting for a part for the repair) I spoke with Fix Auto and they promised they would do all they could to get it back to me before Christmas but no guarantees (it depended on the part).
Well, they went above and beyond - my car was fixed, MOT'd and serviced AND delivered to my home (over an hour away) a few days before Christmas!
I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto and I only wished I live closer so I could use them all the time!

The whole process with Fix Auto Mid Devon was very simple.
The customer service department were all very polite and reassuring. Everything was sent over via text message or email and I found everyone very supportive throughout
They were able to loan me a courtesy car for over the Christmas period which was invaluable.
My car was collected from my place of work and delivered back, which meant lack of inconvenience for me.
Both sets of staff who took and brought my car were amazing and couldnt have been nicer and explained everything in great detail.
I would highly recommend this company to all.

Recommended and very pleased
Overall no fault with service or repair. However courtesy car left a lot to be derired. From a merc to a small underpowered auto was not ideal. Yes ,it was a courtesy car, but not up to the job as an auto.

We regret that you were not satisfied with our courtesy vehicle. we do however provide a 5 door hatch which is larger than your insurance company requires. There is an option to have a like for like replacement vehicle on your policy which i am sure your insurance company could sort out for you so you do not get this problem again.

The work was carried out very satisfactorily. The staff were pleasant and helpful and changed the courtesy car whether was a problem with the first one.
It would have been useful to have had a handbook for the courtesy car, which was a strange model to me.
