Excellent service and communication from start to finish. My fitbit looks like new again now the screen has been replaced. They are upfront about the costs and payment was made via Stripe which was very secure and easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Really fast service. Ordered over a weekend, had an email response the first working day and delivered the following day! My son said the straps feel better than the one that originally came with the watch as well so hopefully lasts longer although purchased 2 so he can change them or have one spare just in case it's needed again

The website was helpful and I checked with a phone call if a fitbit charge 2 could have its screen replaced. It was done and returned afr more quickly than expected. A brilliant company with real people to speak to.

Was a little uneasy about sending off my Fitbit sense in the post and then paying for a new screen in advance. Delighted to have it back with a brand new screen all working perfectly. Communication from the Fixfitbit team was excellent too.

Excellent service from Louis and the team. I scratched my watch bouldering (I won’t be wearing a watch bouldering again!) and they made my Fitbit look brand new again. I think we should all be making an effort to extend the life of electronics for environmental purposes and this company do a great job.

Excellent service. Filled in the repair form online, email next day asking a few questions about the fault and said the could fix it. Sent to them in the post, they received it Wednesday morning, fixed it and I got it back Saturday afternoon via dpd. Kept in touch throughout the process and much cheaper than replacing it which is all fitbit themselves would offer. Issue was a faulty screen which still didn't work after all the suggestions but fixfitbit repaired no issues, would recommend.

Excellent Service
My Charge 3 screen was black all the time. I posted to them on a Thursday afternoon and received it back on the following Thursday despite there being a Bank Holiday in between. Very good communication throughout.
