Awful company

Awful company, not sure it even exists. I’ve ordered/paid/ had an email saying they’ve taken my money and they have done just that
. They don’t answer phone calls/emails and I guess they will ignore this bad review
. I hate that this still goes on in this day and age in the U.K. how can PayPal etc not realise and just close there accounts
.
My goods are clearly not going to turn up and I wish I had read more of these reviews before ordering
. If this was legit then using ups as a delivery company I would of received my tracking by now
.. I’m so pi- - ed off I just want PayPal to refund my mo et now
.

This company is awful

This company is awful. I purchased a large quantity of insulation on their website which claimed free delivery on orders over £399 but they still charged me postage so I questioned this and they sent me a quote that was £261 over the online price. So I continued with my online order because it was cheaper and paid the postage, they took my money and sent me an invoice. After some time they contacted me to tell me that I couldn't have the order because the price had gone up due to my location (even though their website look my postcode and calculated the postage) . They did eventually refund me but I don't know how you can invoice someone and then change your mind. Through this process they also lied to me. Terrible experience.

Excellent services, even thought that it’s a relevantly new company online, their 10 years of offline experience clearly reflects in the customer service provided. Thank you very much
