Flashforge レビュー 

I placed an order with flashforge and a few hours later changed my mind to get a different printer from them. In those few hours they had already sent my package with its carrier. I sent an email out to them and almost instantly received a response. They made no promises that they could cancel the order but they would atleast try to intercept the shipping. This is my second unit with FF and first time dealing with their customer service and I have no complaints.

We were missing a filament from our order, but Flashforge customer service quickly resolved the issue and shipped it out\. Great customer service, great prices, and a company we love\!

Overall very helpful however some things just take way too long to get a response or solution etc. In the end they stand by their product and took care of the issues etc.

Purchased a 3D printer. The printer broke in under 4 months. Was expecting support with a 1 year warranty but was told there was fine print and the parts that were broken had a much shorter warranty. Customer support was completely unhelpful once it was established that the printer parts were out of warranty. Beware of the fine print for the most fragile parts of the printer.

Excellent customer service from Flashforge. I recently purchased a 3D printer and had an issue with the delivery and tracking, which had stopped updating. I contacted Flashforge customer service and they were very helpful, responsive and professional throughout.
They took my concerns seriously, kept me informed and did their best to help get the delivery issue sorted. Buying something like a 3D printer online can be worrying when there is a problem with shipping, so having good customer support makes a huge difference.
Very happy with how Flashforge handled everything and I would definitely recommend them based on my experience. Great customer service and a well-deserved 5 stars!

printer was good at first but then the constant updates started. constantly have to update via online and usb. when updating via usb as per there website you get the update file that's it no instructions just the complete manual. when trying to update using their factory supplied usb drive the update still does not work. plug in usb and nothing. restart the printer nothing. no help online from flashforge. my printer will no longer connect to my computer even though it is hardwired through my modem. so if i don't update my printer is now garbage that's awesome. tried to leave a review on their website but apparently they will not post any review until they have had a chance to read it first. explains the 7 1 star reviews on their website out of 3000+ reviews. Buyer Beware they filter their reviews on their website so they are not accurate. i took pictures with my phone but can not post them

I made a purchase through the flashforge app and when I checked out I realized that my shipping address was incorrect, I immediately emailed them to see if I could change it and they were speedy with the response and took care of my dilemma right away. Thank you flashforge and I definitely will recommend your company.
