I purchased a new Creator 5 Pro for my son's birthday.
The printer arrived late but hey, it's a new model and in demand. On inspecting the packaging it had another person's address on the box (which looked heavily damaged). I checked the internals and clearly it was not "new". I raised this with Flashforge and eventually, after multiple emails was requested to post it back, at my own cost (to be reimbursed). I sent the printer back and was sent a replacement. The replacement arrived and was in even worse condition that the first with scratches all over the top cover (and was close to fully assembled).
Nearly a month later my son is still without his printer and I'm stuck in another returns process (waiting for the slow customer service to reply).
This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered.if there's an alternative brand offering a model with the same functionality then do yourself a favour and buy it from them.

Horrible product, very fragile. Customer service was ok, would replace parts but they would break again or other parts would fail. Not worth the tears from our kids over what should be an easy, fun activity. Avoid at all costs, buy another brand

Got a bad unit, problem with motherboard. After appropriate troubleshooting, they replaced my unit with little hassle.

reçu imprimante abimé (a du prendre un coup de chaud, dessus déformé) carton ok, contacter service customer qui a faire suivre a service après vente qui m'a redemandé la même chose et cela depuis 11 jours maintenant et pas de nouvelle malgré les relances, donc client pas content .

I Order mine on April I didnt get any updates I waited May Message on June they said they would send it mid June beginning of July it was July and still no update they they said they wouldn't send until end of August. I saw other people who order June and got theirs they never shipped it so I requested a refund and got a Snapmaker

I had a great experience with FlashForge customer service. Their team genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and professionally. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Most importantly, they worked hard to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Excellent customer support and a company that stands behind its products.

After I had placed the order for a new printer, I double checked my address and realized it was 1 number off, due to me fat-fingering. Once I saw that I sent the company the correct number and verified everything else was correct and within 10 minutes it was fixed. Job well done and thank you for the prompt reply and correction of my typo.

Flashforge has demonstrated a concerning lack of reliability in meeting its stated shipping timeframes. The company’s website advertises that printers are dispatched within two weeks; however, this representation does not reflect my experience.

At the time of writing, five weeks have elapsed since my order—more than double the advertised timeframe—and I have been advised that the printer has yet to leave the factory. This delay, coupled with the absence of proactive communication or clear updates, raises concerns regarding both transparency and customer service standards.

Given the discrepancy between advertised and actual delivery timelines, Flashforge should consider revising its shipping estimates to more accurately reflect fulfilment realities. Until such improvements are made, prospective purchasers should exercise caution. In my view, alternative brands may offer more reliable service, particularly for customers who are not prepared to have AU$1,399 tied up for an extended and uncertain period.

Customer service at Flashforge has been above and beyond. I feel like they do care about there customers experience with their products. They were very helpful and understanding.
