Support was quick to respond. My concerns where addressed to my satisfaction.
Once a shipping label was created. The printer arrived in less than 24hrs.
The Creator 5 Pro assembled quickly. The printer has been working hard for 4 days.
I am getting absolutely stunning prints. There is no waste and rapid print speeds.
Creator 5 Pro gets a 10 out of 10 rating from me. Good job Flashforge.

Waited a while for the creator pro. Was worth the wait. Skipped the pre loaded test prints and sent it on a 6 hr test run. Quality of the print was outstanding.

I made a purchase from this store and encountered delivery issues, which is why I was unable to locate my order for a long time. I no longer need the item, so I decided to return it. Currently, the seller is simply ignoring my return request, and I received the last response 11 days ago.
I believe this is unacceptable customer service, and I am being denied the opportunity to exercise my legal right to a return.

Initially with the AD5X the customer service was Superb.
I got a second one and I love those two Printers.
Now with the new Creator 5 Pro it's a nightmare, worse customer service I have received. I've explained what is going on again and again, sent photos, followed the instructions, Lora doesn't give a shit.
I paid £750 for a pile of scrap that they shipped knowing it wasn't ready for the market, everyone is complaining about it...
Just don't buy it

The response was quick and very helpful. Great service. Very satisfied with the response given to me.

I bought the C5 Pro in March in the pre-order.
They promised the machine by mid-June.
In July, they told me maybe in October.
I cancelled my order because I was seeing that many people who ordered in July on Amazon or TikToK Shop, or Ali-Express etc. were getting their machines right away. They were also getting the discounts etc. that were supposedly given to the pre-orders.
So, to sum it up; Flashforge took my full payment and kept it for months, promised me a machine and sent my nothing accept LIES.
So, Not happy with them.
I believe Flashforge is a scamming company. Don't buy from them.

Purchased a brand new printer from their official eBay page, I ran into trouble 2 weeks in with a faulty printer. I was passed onto after care who repeatedly tried to send over help guides. Only for 4 months down the line I asked for a refund to be told sorry out of warranty for a refund. I let them know it was broken within the first 2 weeks and it was the same issue. The company will not repair themselves instead make you do it at home with the help of a video. Do no buy a printer from this company

Would give zero stars if I could. Printer broke after 2 days and long and frustrating attempts to contact customer services have yielded nothing. Do not order from this company. N

I ordered a 3D printer, and there was no information at all about the delivery time. I emailed them to ask when it would arrive, and a couple of days later they replied, saying that standard shipping would take around 40 days, and that if I wanted it sooner, I would need to pay for air freight.

I accepted the 40-day delivery, which meant I should have received the printer around 1–3 July.

A few days before 1 July, I emailed again to check the shipping status. This time they told me that standard shipping would not even ship until mid-July and would then take another 4–6 weeks to be delivered! They also said that air freight would ship on 3 July but would still take 2–3 weeks to arrive.

I honestly don’t know what planet these printers are being shipped from if delivery takes weeks after they have supposedly been shipped!

In the end, I cancelled my order. After countless emails, I finally received my refund 10 days later.

Very disappointing experience.

My order has not been delivered yet and therefore I cannot make judgements about the product, but their quick responses to queries (both before and after placing the order) are giving me good impression.

Someone hacked my shop account and purchased filament from them. I contacted them they intercepted the packages and are going to refund my account. Top notch customer service

Kicking myself for not reading Trustpilot first and buying a Creality machine, which I found out wasn't going to be delivered and was breaking numerous sales laws, so I decided to fall back on Amazon and bought a Flashforge AD5X.
It turned up the next day, probably the best packaged and the best quality machine I have ever come across. Bit daunting on set up but when it's done you look back and think it's a doddle.
Would suggest just using a simple touch screen stylus when using the screen, big fingers don't work well.
I had the same connection issues many have when trying to bind the machine to a laptop. I personally found running an update first on the unit, then restarting it worked for me straight away. I usually switch off 5ghz first when connecting things like this, no idea if that would've helped ?
Hadn't got a clue what I was doing, but too excited to wait, converted a cad drawing I'd done to a .stl and just basically printed it, came out absolutely perfect.
Never realised the print plate was magnetic, I was trying to remove it without too much force for ages until I realised.
There's a lot I've got to learn but I would say this is one of the best made printers I have ever bought bar none including engravers and I have £15k Gravograph machines that aren't as well made as this.

This company is deceptive and fraudulent. Back in April, I paid a $10 deposit to secure priority access to a Creator 5 machine—which, according to their website, had to be paid for before April 29th. I paid $707.89, including insurance; according to them, the unit was supposed to arrive between late May and early June. To this day, Flashforge has provided no information about the product, nor have they sent a single email to the customer explaining the delay. It is outrageous that a company like this scams customers worldwide, and I still haven't received any notifications from them; they are terrible in the market.

Not 1 star because they still get alittle grace for past experiences. The creator 5 launch has been the worse retail experience I ever had.
Poorly executed, very little in the way of official communication about the delays, suggested reorders that caused some of us to lose our preorder status. We even got emails asking us to review the prints we still have yet to receive. Fingers crossed this isn’t reflective in the printers performance or build quality. Yes, this is a concern now.

Habe einen Printer mit einem Printbett mit fast 1mm Höhenunterschied zwischen vorne und hinten erhalten.

Damit kann man leider nicht drucken.
Das sind fast 5 Schichten Unterschied bei der normalen Düse.

Flashforge versteckt diese Probleme, indem es zwar Klipper nutzt, aber die Möglichkeiten das Ergebinis des Bett-Meshes zu sehen, mit der eigenen Firmware verhindert.

Sichtbar wird das, wenn man die Custom Firmaware mit vollem Zugriff auf Klipper nutzt.

Nur um den Unterschied deutlich zu machen: Mein Sovol Zero hatte nach ein bisschen Tuning einen Höhenunterschied von 0,03 mm im Vergleich zu Flashforge nach Tuning 0,3 mm.

Tuning meint hier: Das Aufkleben von Aluminium Klebebandstücken, wo das Bett zu niedirg ist. Leider Verbraucht der Drucker hier keine kleinen Stückchen sondern Meterweise Folie...

So ein Dreck kommt mir nicht nochmal ins Haus...

FlashForge customer service has been second to none. I had an issue with the first AD5M I ordered and they replaced it. I recently just ordered 3 build plates, an enclosure kit and a camera. The camera was not received with the other items. I reached out to FlashForge and within a day they had shipped another camera out which I received without issue. The printer itself has been great, so much so that I purchased my 76 year old father one to use for shop projects and things. The only problem I have is there is not enough time in the day to print everything I want to print! I guess I'll have to buy a couple more to make up for that LOL

I needed to order a new motherboard for my printer. Customer service was very responsive and helpful! I appreciate them.
