After 1 year returning the car without failure of payments they are charging me £140 for little scratches inside the door frame which was caused by seat belts not rolling back itself properly and customers closing the doors .simply seat belts don't work well and I feel disrespectful to be charged for something like this

I had an issue with my vehicle. The fleet department specially Ameena has been very helpful to resolve the problem. She was very calm and patient with me throughout the process.well done. And also many thanks to Billy who has been quite helpful.

The service is good the reception is better. Just joking both is great. Celina makes me feel welcomed and can’t wait to offer me a coffee which has been always available when I am here. Everyone is very smiley except Martin he has always the biggest laughter and cracks me up with his jokes. Billy is helpful and always approaches me when I am in the office. Kalam is my first person I saw when I can here and is friendly, helpful and kind. I recommend it to anyone!

Kalam is very good very calm. Martin is very nice. Billy is very very nice. I recommended several ppl to Simple Self Drive. I feel like I am at home coming into SSD! Everyone is friendly and everything is nice!

They welcomed me with a coffee straight at the reception by this lovely person called Celina, she’s very chatty and helped me with all my concerns. Service been carried out nice and fast, very happy with it, Kalam is my guy helped me out all the time when I had any problem. Satisfied with them, 5 stars.

I am driving since February their kia e niroo. Once in an issue with electrical problem but they're happily to exchange a new one. I can suggest any one can use their services. I am sure you're not disappointed.

Good company. But note that if you have an issue with tyres that their breakdown policy is not going to cover it. I have been unfortunate and my tyres were worn out twice and I had to cover the cost. The service in the office is good. Just wish they could have accommodated me a bit more. I still gave 5 stars because I am overall happy with the service in the office. I was talking to Martin and Celina.

The service and the staff are very polite and professional.
The customer service is great, things get quickly sorted that is very nice! I never have to wait unnecessarily long. They are very helpful. Phone and email contact was with Kalam and in the office I talked to Martin and Celina and felt in good hands.

I am happy with Simple Self Drive!

I walked in and needed a car on the same day and they were able to accommodate me straight away. I was able to drive off with my car on the same day within hours, doing the checks, uploading documents and everything!
Martin’s service was good! Celina was excellent and helped my find information that I needed within minutes instead of me having to wait for a long time.

Simple Self Drive was very helpful when making the decision to hire a PCO car. Billy did everything for me and showed me everything I need to know about the car. Celina gave a helpful service at the reception and provided me with all the needed information. I appreciate the service of Simple Self Drive a lot!
