I like Simple Self Drive. If I have any issues they always help me wether it is to change my car or sort out anything else. I have been with them for 2 years and have had not issues and happy to continue being with Simple Self Drive. Kalam, Martin and Billy are always helpful. Celina at the reception was very welcoming and offered me a coffee straight away.

I had a great experience at Simple Self Drive. The staff is great. I’ve been with Simple Self Drive for the past 2 years. Billy, Kalam and Martin are welcoming and accommodating. Celina greeted me with a smile and offered me a coffee. She was polite and helpful.

My experience was great as usual.
Celina happily look after me and sorted out all enquiries I had. And fixed it with great attitude.
I went without any appointment and problems were sorted immediately.

I have always very good experience with simply self drive 🚗 it's my second time every thing is dealt with professionally and quickly all staff knows what to do. Great customer service especially at reception with Celina and also Mo from PCO hire team.

Very good service. Billy, Kalam, Jessica, Martin are very friendly and helpful. The cars are very affordable and nice. They are nice, new and fully electric just what I am looking for. Celina was very accommodating.

So far, so good. I am coming to the end of my rental with SimpleSelfDrive and my experience thus far has been exceptional.

The day I picked up the vehicle, they had explained the entire rental process and were able to adapt to my insurance needs. When going over the vehicle for any damage everything was highlighted very clearly, so when the vehicle comes back in I have sufficient evidence to not be charged anything else.

They have a dedicated WhatsApp business number which makes the process simplistic. I can just text my concerns over and is sorted out promptly.

The only concern, however, I knew when signing the contract is that I live in West London. Coming in for service could be tedious due to it being a 30-mile drive. It would be lovely if there were service partners across London to allow a little more flexibility. This does not happen often, and does not take away from the amazing experience.

Was searching for PCO car hire and found simple self drive, Absolutely amazing service, staff are fantastic and the cars are well looked after. If I’ve ever had any issues with the vehicle they’ve always dealt with it promptly and very professionally. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for PCO hire with insurance.

I received a great experience anytime I visit the office.The staff is polite and listen to your concerns and problems and are willing to help. Celina, Billy, Martin and Kalam are very helpful and they are the eyes of the company and are presenting the company in a very professional manner. These people think they can keep your refundable deposit even when you return their car in good condition. They rented a car to someone with no PCO job. TfL is not monitoring These companies properly. They don't deal with complaints.

Beware! This company is extremely fraudulent and doggy. It has not returned deposits frequently when people decided to withdraw from dealing with it. It tries to extract your money by baseless excuses and reasons. There are many honest dealers in this country. Boycott these dodgy ones!

the worst company i have ever seen in my driving life time. the are dodgy and you would never recieve you deposite back in total. in some cases they never get their deposite back if you check their google reviews. i strongly advise people to not get any car in any form whatsoever from this company.

Simple Self Drive managed my car repair and insurance claim, they went above and beyond what was expected. Replacement hire car was fantastic, the repair to my car was fantastic amd completed on time. Staff are great and they managed to locate the third party insurance company inmediately unlike my insurance companies appointed claim management company, who fobbed me of with excuses for a month with no results.

Was hiring from them. Had a minor accident in which the front bumper of the car was damaged. Informed them right after it happened. Returned the car on the next day and I was given two options. Either to keep the car and repair it myself or return it and they keep my deposit. The deposit is £500. The excess charge for their fully comprehensive insurance is £500 too. I was told that if the repair is for more than £500, they will keep the amount of the remaining three days of prepaid rent as well. Then I thought something was dodgy. I contacted them few days after I returned the car (and after I saw the car repaired on A40 towards Heathrow). I explained my concerns for the remaining rent and asked them why would they keep it, when they offer fully comprehensive insurance and the claim fee is £500. I was assured that I will receive the amount for the three days rent in 30 days. The car was returned on 03/03/2020. I contacted them on 22/04/2020 and I was told that they do not owe me anything, since the T&C's state that damages are responsibility of the driver. I have paid my excess charge of £500. Why would you repair the car for higher price and then tell me that I am not owed anything? Why are you even advertising fully comprehensive insurance, when it is of no use at all? When I asked for a breakdown of the price for the repair, I was told that they can not supply me with such at the moment due to the lockdown. Probably they can not access their office. But even if this is the case, how it was possible to supply me with copy of the T&C's signed by me when I first rented from them if they have no access to the office documentation? I was also not supplied with list of the damages covered by the insurance, neither the T&C's of the policy itself. They said that they believe that the first page of the policy which was given to me was sufficient for my needs. Let me tell you something - It is not sufficient, due to the lack of information I have requested. They also try to sort everything over the phone. Don't fall for that, people. If you are currently renting with them, then ask for every important conversation to be held via email, so you don't need to think how you can prove what they have told you.
It is a shiny and well presented company, but unfortunately with rotten core.
