I had been searching for a comfortable office chair that gave me great support, looked good, and most importantly, supported my frame. I was suggested Flexispot, I began researching the models and ended up buying the C7 Pro, mesh chair.
Now it arrived with a defect in the seat, I signaled this to Flexispot and within 48 hours my replacement part arrived. I was able to assemble the chair and I have been loving it ever since. Amazing quality, incredible customer service, very fast at responding. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer support after I had an incident with my desk. Fast response and amazing help to make sure my desk was able to get back together and working again quickly. I was in need a new leg to fix the motor housing that I broke in a move and they helped me get a new part asap.

Shoutout to the customer service team! Fedex dropped off my packages in our apartment lobby and both (the desktop and the frame) got stolen unfortunately. I notified FlexiSpot through the online chat and the agents immediately assisted me with filing a claim with Fedex and processing the replacements for me. Less than a week later I have now received both of the replacement packages. Extremely easy and fast experience despite of the stress of losing high valued packages which is usually quite a hassle if you deal with the couriers directly. Thank you customer service team!!

Compré una mesa elevable de FlexiSpot y no puedo estar más satisfecha. La estructura es muy versátil, ya que permite ajustarla en anchura, lo que te da total flexibilidad para elegir o cambiar el tablero según tus necesidades.

En mi caso, opté por un tablero ergonómico con forma ligeramente curvada hacia dentro, mucho más cómodo que el típico diseño rectangular, especialmente para trabajar durante muchas horas.

La mesa permite guardar diferentes posiciones, por lo que pasar de sentado a de pie es muy rápido y cómodo en el día a día.

Además, para mí esto era clave: mido 1,50 m y fue de las pocas marcas que realmente permite bajar la mesa lo suficiente para cumplir con una ergonomía correcta adaptada a mi altura. Para alguien que trabaja delante del ordenador entre 8-12 horas al día esta mesa ha marcado realmente la diferencia, tanto por la mejoría de poder trabajar de sentada a de pie, como la ergonomía del tablero curvo para mis muñecas.

Adicionalmente compre los soportes de pantalla y ordenador y hay una diferencia muy grande de calidad con otros del mercado y no son mucho más caros

La calidad general es muy buena: estable, robusta y fácil de usar.

Por último, quiero destacar el servicio de atención al cliente, que fue excelente. Mi pedido se perdió durante el envío y me ayudaron en todo momento a gestionarlo con el proveedor, haciendo el proceso mucho más sencillo y rápido de resolver.

Sin duda, una compra totalmente recomendable tanto por el producto como por el soporte recibido.

I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong version of my chair, on top of that it came with a defective headrest. Alejandro did a fantastic job at not only resolving my issue, but going above and beyond with the resolution!

I reached out to the support team because my E5 stopped working. After showing them the issue wasn't something I could fix, they offered to replace it for me!

Purchased standing desk through Amazon in 3/2024. Had an issue with the controller about a month ago, couldn't find any replacement parts on Amazon. Reached out to FlexiSpot support and described the problem. I received a response within a few hours with detailed troubleshooting guidance that resolved the issue with the controller! Brilliant! I thought I would have to replace the desk. Extremely happy with the support I received!

Great customer support. Have a desk I ordered years ago that had a bad motor. After spending a few minutes trying to troubleshoot with support they were able to send me a new frame assembly. Glad I can continue to use the desk after already getting so much use out of it.

Not only have I loved my desk, but when my glass counter broke, a new one was swiftly sent for replacement. The customer service has been exceptional as well as the products themselves. Well done Flexispot!

The best customer service ever. Very quick to respond over email, very nice, polite, and very easy to deal with. The replacement part was on its way on the second day and I received it on the fifth day after contact the customer service. Again, the best customer service ever.

Had my chair for 2 weeks now , love it , love it , its the best lift chair iv had , its wide for my cause in a big guy, iv lost how many naps iv had on it lol

Flexispot took the time to replace a desktop that came chipped (but otherwise in great condition). I was very happy with my service.
