The standing desk is very good quality, and customer service was very responsive.

Rarely do you find a company that nails both product quality and customer support. My FlexiSpot desk is fantastic, but their service team is the real MVP. They handled a few non-product issues—like a pricing adjustment and a return—with a level of care I haven't seen in a long time. If you’re looking for a great desk backed by a company that actually cares about its customers, look no further.

I initially had a less‑than‑ideal experience with my chair because it arrived with multiple damaged parts. However, the customer service team completely turned the situation around. Their support was excellent — more than one representative reached out to me, and they were not only friendly but also proactive in understanding exactly which components were affected, seemingly to improve their product design.
They provided a thorough replacement service, responded quickly, and the replacement parts arrived even faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the product issue was disappointing at first, the outstanding after‑sales support made a big difference and left me genuinely impressed

SLOW customer service. 9 days to reply to Emails?
They claim items are in stock and gladly take your money.
I had to Email them as I was not receiving order status updates. Sure enough the item was out of stock with no plan for fulfillment.
NEVER AGAIN.

The large bamboo stand-up desk arrived quickly and looks fantastic in my office. I also reached out to customer support about a small return, and they handled it kindly—at no additional cost. Great product and great service.

We've purchased three Flexispot desk frames now — one with a top from Flexispot and two frames paired with custom desktop surfaces — and every single one has been rock solid. The build quality is excellent, the motors are smooth and quiet, and the frames feel sturdy at every height setting.

What really sets Flexispot apart, though, is their customer service. We ordered an E7L and an E7 to place side-by-side in a newly remodeled office, and when they arrived we realized the two models had different foot and bracket designs, something we hadn't realized before ordering. The mismatch was a problem for the custom desktops we had made. We reached out to Flexispot, and they went above and beyond to make it right. They worked with us until we had a setup that looked and functioned exactly the way we needed. That kind of support is rare and honestly made us customers for life.

If you're in the market for a standing desk, don't hesitate. The products are great, and if anything comes up, the team behind them actually cares about getting it right.

Delivery was fast! My products, the E 5 standing desk and Sheer Chair were easy to assemble. The desk instructions looked a little daunting at first, but after the first step or two, it clicks and it's easy. I had an issue with the headrest in the chair, and called the company. Got right through to a live person, and have a replacement ordered - in the same day! I can see why this business is highly recommended, and would recommend myself.

The Flexispot support team provided impeccable customer service when I needed to exchange my brand new desktop after realizing it just wasn't the right fit. This is the 2nd standing desk I have purchased from them, and with this kind of support, it won't be the last. Great product, great team.

My Flexispot desk was great, but the moving company damaged the motor when they were transporting it. I reached out to Flexispot to see if I could order a replacement part. They replaced the entire mechanism at no cost, and it was at my door within 3 days of filing the ticket. Absolutely incredible customer service, way better than I could have hoped. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a desk in 2022 and the mechanical parts are failing - thankfully it is still under warranty! Swapping out the part was an easy process.

This company has an amazing customer service. We ordered a Japanese joinery bed, realky nice quality product, solid wood that unfortunately was damaged throughout the shipment and after contacting customer service, they sent a replacement really fast. I can only say good things about this whole process, they were really nice and understanding people, so I am very happy with my new bed.

I am impressed with FlexiSpot’s customer service.
I had an issue with my chair’s armrest, and I sent them an email, even though I honestly didn’t expect they would be able to help me with it. They replied very quickly, and on the same day they confirmed they would send me a replacement for the broken piece. Four days later, I received an entirely new chair. I’m impressed! I have never experienced customer service this great.
