Fit like a glove and really no hard work required.

The screens weren't the right size as they were off by a bit, too tall and not wide enough. I get that it comes from a kit product but I submit an inquiry about getting it resolved and have received no response. Also, I order the measuring bar and it wasn't included.

Fast customer service, quality work. Excellent screen, I love it.

Shockingly, measuring was easy, and I actually did it correctly; the screens fit perfectly, and I look forward to never having to struggle getting screens in or out again. If they remain as durable as they are today, this product should be considered revolutionary.

The enclosed instructions should be attached to the screen, not the enormous packaging. This way, the buyer can't miss on the vital instructions needed to install the screen.

Fit really well. Love them.

Spent about $500 on 7 screens and I should have not. Big waste of money. These screens won't last. I ignored reviews to my peril. Sure, they're super easy to install. But as others say, the screens do not fit as well as they should. They aren't taut. On a windy day the mesh ripples like a flag. Looks loose, and of poor quality. Whatever its made of is like a type of fabric, and ripples in the breeze. Further, the "flex frame" itself isn't holding up well as the months go by. They are slowly bowing inward on all four sides, despite being perfectly sized to fit the window. So there is an additional sag factor. I had to super glue one section, it was causing so much sag. Bottom line, don't waste your money on these. Traditional screens are traditional because they last years and years, and have stood the test of time. FlexScreen sounds good on paper, but should have never made it past the experimental stage. Two stars 'cause they'll do for the short term, but I'll have to replace them all eventually -- and that's a big fail for $500. (Add'l note about the company: I contacted its "customer service" about these issues – had to message two or three times before a response a week later – and all they offered was a tiny discount for additional screens. No apologies, no offer to replace the failing screens with actual functional screens. Just a little discount, plus the exorbitant shipping fee. No, I wasn't going to give them another dollar and shouldn't have to, and said so, and the company man didn't care. He blamed me for their flaws, said I didn't measure the windows correctly, then stopped the conversation altogether. Good show, FlexScreen! Great customer service!)

All proceeded as explained however the screens do not fit as well as I thought. I have been reluctant to order more until I try other options. Did not anticipate creases and laxity as much as there is.

We have single hung windows. We followed the directions as closely as possible. The smaller windows required too much manipulation to get the screen in place. Only one out of nine screens fail to fully snap in position. The frame of the screen had a bend that left a large gap at the bottom or top of the screen. Some of the screens tore away from the frame in some areas. Since only the bottom half of the window needed the screen and not the entire frame as shown in their installation video, the installation process they showed did not work. We found that using the longest edge, top to bottom in our case, reduced but did not eliminate the damage to the screen frame. It looks like they would work well in a double hung window frame, but single hung windows may not be suitable. Our particular window frame required too much manipulation to get the screen into the frame. It is not as flexible as advertised if the screen needs some extra bending to position it.

Product arrived quickly, all good. I didn't watch the install video, so I freaked out thinking it had been made too large, either my mistake or theirs. After watching the video, it fit perfectly. 100% happy, looks like it was original with my 1974 home, would recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: you could have cancelled it - but yoi didnt. Was one lousy disruption to your production schedule worth this much negavitivy? 139 people have seen this review so far. Maybe you shouljd revisit your terrible policies???

I already told you this but... i placed the order on a Sunday - within seconds of placing it and entering the measurements i realized i had made a mistake and needed to cancel it. So I sent an email - I ALSO called at 8:31 on MOnday morning - was told too bad, too late, it had already been manufactured - clearly a lie...

Screens fit as expected

While the process to order, measure and receive delivery of the screens takes a few weeks, the screens are as advertised. The screens are a small challenge to properly install, but once installed they fit well and are a significant improvement over our original screens. To ensure a good fit we would recommend subtracting 1/4 inch rather than 1/8th inch.

Was really impressed with this innovative screen. The process was simple and quick. The screens are really easy to install and look great.

Just amazing. Product is perfect and cost a small percentage of what the window manufacturer wanted to charge me. Size was perfect, Oh Ya I measured them. LOL
