The screen came and fit in my window frame perfectly. It is nearly invisible! I can’t believe how great it looks.

What made my experience great is my phone conversation with Michael, he answered all of my questions and concerns. I asked him if the measurements that I send to him, is the outside of his FlexScreen Metal Frame and he said yes. When I receive my FlexScreens and installed them, they all fit perfectly. They were easy to install bacaues you can flex the sides, top and bottom to get them into place. I will recomend FlexScreen to my family and friends.

The screens fit as expected.

We expected the flex on the frame to be on the sides and it was on the top and bottom so we had to fiddle a bit more with getting the screen in place. Also, we had to figure out a way to pop them out with the help of a tool without damaging the screen for storage.
They fit well and look good from the inside as qell as the outside.

Love my new screen! My measurements were not perfect but screen looks great. Only wish I had those measurement sticks before I sent my order in BUT could not be happier!

With the Flex measurement tool - it made ordering easy and accurate. The screens fit great!

It's well made

I love the screens and had them in my old house but my new house has casement windows so the screen is on the inside and there is no channel. I wish they came in a white frame since there is no channel and inside on a white window but they are still better than the screens that came with the new windows that didn't fit correctly.

Ordered 5solar screen for the back of my house as it gets full sun most of day. My screens were delivered promptly and in perfect condition. They all fit perfectly. I used the measuring device they sent me, it was very easy to use and helped get precise measurements. I am very surprised and pleased with the way the screens install, fit and block the sun. I will be ordering more and highly recommend them to anyone that is considering these screens for their home.

I have a cat and was concerned that she might be able to push out my existing screens might. The screens are pretty much as advertised, but seem flimsy and don't allay my concerns. I don't have full channel windows, so I'm sure that makes a difference. I'll be looking for other options.

I’m happy with the screens but initially apprehensive with the fit. They are 80 inches long and 18 inches wide and a good fit top and bottom but not as tight on the long sides.

They were attentive to my service needs and responded Quickly.

UPATE April 11, 2025: Flexscreen responded requesting I remeasure with the tool. They have stated they will send a new screen at no additional charge.

Not Recommended for 1st time buyers!
You need their measuring tool to ensure accuracy.
You must place an order before you receive the tool.
I wasted $100 on a single screen. It did not fit because I got the measurement wrong using a tape measure.
It is a catch-22. And the warranty department says 'too bad'. You did not use our tool...NO REFUND!

Easy instructions to measure, order and overall excellent product. So very happy with this screen.

I regret ordering. I measured exactly and they are too tigh width wise and too expensive. I also didbt think you would replace for free either since the mmeasuring from me. And the measurement tool doesn't help since it slips too easily as well :(
