What a fantastic product

What a fantastic product! I've tested and tried lots of button products and Flic is by far the fastest and most user friendly. I have it paired with the mini hub and it controls my HomePods and LIFX bulbs. The mini hub has great range in my 2bed home.

Excellent smart button

Excellent smart button – simple, powerful and well designed

The Flic Duo is one of the most well-thought-out smart home accessories I’ve used so far. The build quality feels premium, the buttons are very responsive, and the dual-button design combined with multiple press options makes it incredibly versatile.

Setup was straightforward, and integration with smart home platforms is smooth and reliable. It’s refreshing to have a physical control that works instantly without needing to grab my phone or use voice commands every time.

You can really feel that this product was designed with real users in mind. Great hardware, great software, and a very polished overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone building or expanding a smart home setup.

More than expected.

Had an issue with my new mini hub and send a frustrated message to support. Uzoma came back with an explanation which was full and offered a solution. After I replied with what I thought was a continuation of the problem Uzoma came back with a video he had made on his device to explain and help me do what I wanted. This was definitely over and above and so I cannot fault the service received and I am simply very pleased and grateful for this type of service.

After some issues with Fedex

After some issues with Fedex, Flic were awesome. They even refunded my purchase then reinvoiced when it finally arrived. Most grateful.

Those Flic buttons are working very…

Those Flic buttons are working very well. They are sturdy and the integration is really good. Not perfect, but really good. For instance, I wish they were directly compatible with Govee, a really important brand in automation, but it can work via Alexa.

They are pricy though and I wouldn't advise to buy from their website as you WILL have to pay duty if imported in the UK and it's expensive. Buy from Amazon directly if they are available.

A $2,000 Lesson in Digital OwnershipI run an AI marketing agency. I understand technology. I read documentation. I follow setup procedures. And I just spent three months trying to regain access to 21 Flic smart home devices that have been rendered completely useless by a single design flaw: your account is permanently married to an email address with no divorce option.My original email was tied to a domain for a business that no longer exists. Standard stuff in the entrepreneurial world. Here's what isn't standard: a company designing a hardware ecosystem where you literally cannot change your login credentials.Factory resets? Completed on all devices.
App reinstalls? Multiple times across multiple devices.
Cache clearing? Every variation possible.
Customer support? Automated AI chatbot hell with no human escalation path.The Flic Hub reconnects to a ghost account the moment it powers on. The app auto-populates an email address I can't access. The Amazon Alexa skill can't link because the email doesn't exist. And Flic's support system has apparently decided this is a philosophical problem rather than a technical one.21 devices. Hundreds of hours of setup and troubleshooting. Thousands of dollars. All bricked by an account system designed with zero consideration for the basic reality that email addresses change.To anyone considering Flic: ask yourself if you're confident you'll have the same email address for the next decade. Uzoma from Flic was excellent

I had an issue that needed sorting quickly and Uzoma from Flic was excellent. Clear communication, fast responses, and genuinely helpful throughout — no scripted answers, just proper support. The issue was resolved efficiently and with care, which is rare these days. Credit where it’s due: Uzoma represents Flic extremely well.

Bought these for 150-200 they do…

Bought these for 150-200 they do nothing ? Philips already has controllers so why spend so much energy on that ? HUbspace has no integration .. I reached out to customer service twice and got no reply so they will take your money for items that have no support

Great service and very helpful and responsive support. Have used Flic for years and only just now an issue they seem keen to help with still. Excellent device and even better to see they clearly stand behind it.

Horrible customer care experience

Horrible customer care experience. I bought the new Duo bundle and several other items. Their listing for the Duo clearly stated "item will ship in December". I made use of the discounted preorder price and went ahead and placed my order. I immediately after placing my order contacted their customer service and told them that I'm expecting all of the purchased items to ship some time in December (per their website) as I will be outside the country in November. They replied in the affirmative. A couple of days later they ship everything! The back and forth with customer service made things even worse. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they doubled down and took us down a semantics rabbit hole. If a guy says "hey I'm not in the country in November please ship my stuff in December", if that phrase is confusing to you then I don't know what to say. Several emails analyzing my words like it's my fault. I really did not appreciate the tone and manner they handled this. I was an early supporter of their stuff. I bought several hubs and literally close to a hundred flic buttons and twists. I did not expect this level of horrendous customer care experience.

It's correct that we did estimate that the units was going to be shipped in December but instead it was shipped out a bit earlier (late november) by our warehouse. Most customers would enjoy getting their orders earlier but in your case we understand that was not the case so we are sorry for this. We apologize for the misunderstanding with our customer support as well. Pleased to see that the order got delivered to you in the end at least.

Have worked with Flic for Years - and have just had a thing go wrong… for the first time.
This was handled just as great as you could hope for

Great/Fast customer service

Great/Fast customer service. I’m a musician (tuba player) who relies on my Flic to turn pages on my iPad. So much easier than using a pedal. I had trouble replacing the battery. I reached out and got back a reply with an alternate method for accessing the battery, along with a step-by-step video. Thank you Flic!

company use

We use the buttons in our retail stores to call for assistance from the back office by using the Alexa integration. It has been working great for about a year, when all hubs stopped working. The support was great though and removing and re-adding the Alexa skill fixed the issue.
