Tylah was really good and very helpful with all aspects of our trip. We have booked several times with Flight Centre for flights and holidays and everyone is great.

Deceptive practices. Overcharging big time for hotels and air travel in holiday travel packages, HUGE MARK UPS . If you are reasonably computer savvy book your own flights and airline travel. Captains choice deceptive marketing ( a must have to have inducement ) you don’t need them they should not be added into the final price as they were in our case ( we got a refund) unless the customer strictly asks for them. I got the same calibre of request type hotel for $1500 less which offered free breakfast and lunch on their the hotel website when I booked through Flight Centre in conjunction with my flights discoverd that in the small print received from Flight Center that IDR 25000 fee was required for breakfast per head more deception. Flight Center will not actively ask customer what type of aircraft seat they would like if any. ( more leg room etc.) but they will actively push their ADD ON PRODUCTS like their CAPTAINS CHOICE. Be very careful if booking with Flight Center. Check that the services they booked for you room type included breakfast at the hotel you are staying at match the same products breakfast included stated on the website of THE HOTEL WEBSITE otherwise you end up paying for breakfast x 2 around $38 daily for two at your Bali holiday hotel. And there was more. ENOUGH SAID 😡

Flight centre is no what it used to be. Im make bookings and their online system bugged my flights. Originally paid $1899.00 and because of their blunder I had to cancel however on was given $609.00 flight credit. I’m now demanding all my money back and a complete waste of time talk to people not in Australia.
I’ll be taking this up with Consumer Affairs and ACCC plus reporting to Current Affair.
Pure rip off and don’t waste your time or money on these jokers

Maiah from Flight Centre Bulimba was exceptional when she recently helped us book our flights to Singapore. No request was too hard, no change of mind (of which there were many from us) seemed to be a problem and in the end she found us exceptional accomodation at half the price we expected to pay. She was incredibly efficient at doing up our quotes and seemed genuinely invested in making our trip fun. The kind of experience you want when you're planning a holiday! Could not recommend her highly enough and she will absolutely be our go to travel person in future. I hope this review gets to her supervisor so she can get the acknowledgement she deserves.
