I am impressed by the level of service and assistance we received from Alex at Aspley Flight Centre. During a flight to LA, I received some bad news and needed to return home and cancel our trip. I sent an email to Alex who swung into action immediately and cancelled all our internal flights and accommodation and arranged refunds. Amazing service! We are currently in the process of booking another trip with him

I was dealing with Alex and he was very helpful and was able to answer all questions and made the booking process very smooth

Following my cancelled flight, Renee was very helpful in chasing up compensation for me after the airline refused reimbursement. I also received great service in the planning stages of my trip and her knowledge and experience throughout the whole process was very reassuring. Would highly recommend.

Travel Consultant was extremely helpful arranging Return Flights , the Tour and Accommodation pre and post Tour , checking dates and times accordingly.

Discussed all the possible options, gave me the info I needed first so I could go over it in my own time and consult with my travel companion, then went back the next day and got the booking made. I really want to direct my comments toward Leanne Tuhega, who showed that she is a huge ambassador for Flight Centre at Aspley. Nothing seemed to be too much while she set up our cruise. She advised clearly and expertly on all concerns we had and also made suggestions which will make our cruise even better. She is a very bubbly happy and highly intelligent lady and look forward to dealing with her again soon in organising another cruise for us to New Zealand. Many thanks Leanne.. You are awesome.
