Ease of booking, we always use same agent. Kaitlyn knows our travel preferences, always delivers on them with her signature service level. It's just an email with dates and destination and she does the rest 😀.

We appreaciate being able to have the same travel consultant for all our travel and holiday arrangements.
By doing so we are dealing with a consultant who understands our needs and wants, without our needing to explain each time.

This is the first time ever I've had to arrange my own travel and I'm doing it for a trip overseas for over a month. I'm in my mid 70s and the consultant made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free

Tracy at Flight Centre Beenleigh has been the best, so knowledgeable, so informative, so lovely to talk to and so full of ideas as to what we can do, she had been helping us plan a trip to Europe at end of the year

Over the past 4 years I have dealt with both Leaha and Kowhai at Beenleigh’s Flight Centre (all via email or phonecalls) and they have helped be book the best flights for my family to various international destinations. Both of these staff members have been very quick with quotes and helpful understanding any aspect of travel. Originally I was put in touch with them via an online query and have subsequently contacted them (despite not living near their store) for any further travel due to the great service they gave.
