WOW! talk about keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do!! Christian Finlason at Flight Centre Bendigo help my wife and I plan a trip of a lifetime with our 5 kids. Not only did we have an amazing trip across Italy, Switzerland and Denmark, ensuring we saw everything we wanted to see, stayed in all the right places with easy access to all the major tourist locations. His knowledge of Europe and passion for travel ensure we had an unforgettable time. He ensured we had the right van to carry 7 of us, and he made himself available 7 days a week, including some nights. We had some issues with accomodation and tours he'd booked, he made himself available for a quick call and immediately actioned what he needed to help us, and ensured all relevant refund's were made back to us, being proactive in the lead up to the refunds and giving us regular updates. He was a life saver. After booking our original flights the war broke out in the middle east, he immediately changed our flight so we travelled with FINNAIR, making us feel safe at a time we were about to cancel the trip. 2 of our children have allergies, so Christian contacted all our carriers to ensure they had all the relevant details before we left, relieving our anxiety over this aspect of the trip.
He made us feel our holiday was the most important thing he was working on. Our famlily thanks him and Flight centre from the bottom of our hearts. We'll definitely recommend your services to our friends and family

No waiting, helped straight away and organized everything. Bit more expensive than other organizations that I checked online but provided that extra support and Travel Insurance, value for money.
