Alicia was fantastic and understood our travel priorities as well as working within our dates and budget.

I recently travelled to Canada and pre-booked tours to fully experience the Rocky Mountains. I checked the Voucher links days prior to leaving and they were not working. It was only with the help of Juraj Kedron and team working their magic that I received the vouchers a day prior to flying.

My experience with Dane at Flight Centre Broadway has surpassed my expectations. I like his attention to detail and responsiveness. I recommend him to anyone wanting to plan and book a trip.

We are long-standing Flight Centre customers. Our fabulous person is Alice Fisher. I enquired by email to Alice about flights Sydney Melbourne return and a hotel in Melbourne (little job). Alice's ooo auto-reply advised she was away and provided an email to her Team. I forwarded the email and Alicia Joshua responded very promptly with quotes. Our business was complete after just 3 emails. Alicia was very courteous and helpful and made it easy for us. And Alicia attended to it as if it was a huge booking.

Matt was very helpful in lining up the flights with the dates and reserving the extra leg room seats.

Alice is terrific. She has great suggestions which really suit me. I really like being able to make an appointment with her.

The person who helped us, Juraj at Broadway, was extremely helpful. He understood exactly what we needed and could make suggestions that worked for us. We needed quite a lot of advice and he handled all of it, made it into a comprehensive list so we could understand it and see exactly what else we needed to do or not do.

Dane has been so helpful and accommodating for my upcoming trip! He has consistently kept us up to date and is prompt with replies.

I have booked with Todd at the Broadway shop a few times and always find him to be helpful. Nothing is too much of a hassle. His recommendations for accommodation or alternative itineraries is always spot on.

Matt Holden (Agent) is always quick and efficient and patient with my changing plans, while we lock in the ideas....I can also do a lot of the process by email, so it's underway when I think of it. Makes it so easy.

Tash is kind, empathetic and has gone above and beyond in every single case over the last 6 years. From suprising me somehow with birthday cakes and cards at a Rural Tohoku hotel, to getting me emergency accommodation during a typhoon and more. Over and over again Tash has been supportive, friendly and exemplary in her service. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I have now booked two trips with Flight Centre and Juraj Kedron has been an excellent consultant. First trip we have just completed and everything from flights to hotels and tours went smoothly and made our trip a wonderful experience. Thoroughly recommend!

Matt is very knowledgeable about our destination, Vanuatu, so we had expert help in booking both our flights and our accommodation. We also received useful tips for further travel once we are there. We have used Matt before, and it is always a prompt and pleasant experience dealing with him.
