A big shout out to Shelley at Stocklands Burleigh West for organising our last 3 epic holidays.
1. Turkey followed by a Mediterranean cruise
2. A Europe river cruise followed by 5 nights in Switzerland
3. Currently organising a trip to Antarctica.
Shelley is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive to any issues you may have.
Our second holiday was when Emirates flights to Dubai were cancelled. Shelley was straight onto it and had our flights rerouted with other airlines and our accommodation cancelled and refunded which we were very grateful for.
If you are looking for someone you can trust with your next holiday I can assure you Shelley will do everything possible to make your trip as easy and memorable as possible.

Our travel agent is Alexa Hook and she was fantastic to deal with. She asked us a lot of questions to get a feel for what suited us best and took the time to tweak details to give us the best experience we could hope for. She considered our budget and enabled us to extend our stopover on the way home to explore Singapore in more depth. Each leg was made so easy by having the individual flights, booking and transfers placed in their own wallets. Paperwork was organised and easy to navigate through. Her handy tips re Grab, avoiding being scammed etc proved very helpful and we were sent into the world informed and prepared. Aside from her efficiency and professionalism, Alexa has an approachable friendly demeanor and showed genuine interest in our holiday. Thanks Alexa!!

I have been dealing with Donna for some years now and found her very professional and very competent. I wont hesitate to book with her in the future as she covers every aspect of my travel and has suggestions if I need alternative arrangements. I did have a issue with your international hotline in Dec 2023 when we got stranded overseas, but Emirates solved our problem for us.

What a partnership we have formed with Alex from Flight Centre (Stocklands, Burleigh). Alex provided 5-star service from Day I in what was a complicated 50th Anniversary Tour to Paris and Singapore which had to be postponed before we went when my wife broke her foot. Alexa was there every step of the way to ensure we were able to change our bookings and she made it happen with a minimum of fuss. We had planned the trip of a life time and that's just what it was. Flights, transfers and accommodation all perfect and can't wait till our next trip. And will not hesitate in contacting Alexa and the Flight Centre crew! What a gem...!
