Our travel agent is Alexa Hook and she was fantastic to deal with. She asked us a lot of questions to get a feel for what suited us best and took the time to tweak details to give us the best experience we could hope for. She considered our budget and enabled us to extend our stopover on the way home to explore Singapore in more depth. Each leg was made so easy by having the individual flights, booking and transfers placed in their own wallets. Paperwork was organised and easy to navigate through. Her handy tips re Grab, avoiding being scammed etc proved very helpful and we were sent into the world informed and prepared. Aside from her efficiency and professionalism, Alexa has an approachable friendly demeanor and showed genuine interest in our holiday. Thanks Alexa!!

What a partnership we have formed with Alex from Flight Centre (Stocklands, Burleigh). Alex provided 5-star service from Day I in what was a complicated 50th Anniversary Tour to Paris and Singapore which had to be postponed before we went when my wife broke her foot. Alexa was there every step of the way to ensure we were able to change our bookings and she made it happen with a minimum of fuss. We had planned the trip of a life time and that's just what it was. Flights, transfers and accommodation all perfect and can't wait till our next trip. And will not hesitate in contacting Alexa and the Flight Centre crew! What a gem...!
