One star because I can't leave zero
One star because I can't leave zero. We visited Flight Centre in Caloundra for a quote on a trip to England and return through New York, Niagara Falls, San Francisco and Hawaii. The customer service assistant told us to give her a few days and she would get back to us. We attended on a Tuesday and expected a response by the Friday. After a month, I went back to see and she told me that she had been too busy to do anything about it. She had my phone number and email and didn't even bother to contact us. Not recommended at all.
