Every time I visit the staff go out of their way to get all the travel info I need and go to it in a pleasant and competent way.

My wife and I went into Flight Centre Helensvale to enquire about Holiday in Asia .Our Consultant Amber Edwardson immediately made us feel welcome and swung into action highlighting the perfect holiday to India ,Sri Lanka &Thailand .Her communication with us has been excellent and we would highly recommend Amber

Matt at Flight Centre has organised family cruises for me on more than one occasion. I value his advice and expertise and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to fellow travellers.

So sorry for my very late review regarding Tilli at the Helensvale office at the westfield shopping centre...well my lovely wife and I arrived back from our overseas trip disgruntled about seating arrangements on a certain airline....Tilli attended to our complaint wholeheartedly and got it sorted after so much difficulty, and phone calls....Thanks a million Tilli from the bottom of our hearts....highly recommend Tilli to those wishing to fly.....Namaste

Went to Flight Centre, Helensvale, on arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile from Tilli Smethurst, found Tilly to be very approachable and down-to-earth, understanding of my travel needs and was more than helpful in organizing my itinerary. Lisa at Helensvale helped our family of 6 plan our trip to Hawaii for our first over seas trip. We had no idea what we were doing and were quite stressed. Lisa was patient, went through everything with us, helped with all aspects of the trip including transport, flights, accommodation and leisure activities. She asked all about what we were wanting and made sure her recommendations were suited with our wants and needs. She spent a long time with us looking into accommodation in particular to make sure we were 100% with it, knowing the importance of this trip for us. She took so much of the stress out of the planning and actually made it fun, sharing many laughs with us.

We recently returned from our trip. It was amazing and all ran smoothly. We can't thank Lisa enough for making this experience truly one in a life time.

We will be recommending Lisa to anyone we know who will be travelling and will 100% be returning to her if we get to go over seas again in the future.

Our trip was getting closer so we contacted F.C Helensvale, about our tickets. we collected them from F.C, but there was no finer details about trip. We then contacted the travel group who told us, we should have been contacted by F.C. The travel group helped us the best they could, We rang F.C. and were told that we needed to come in ( with out giving them any of our details.) So off to F.C. again and we are NOT happy campers. Then we meet Tilli, Tilli is a great asset to her branch. Tilli gave us all the correct documents for our trip, nothing was to much trouble. We hopes she stays their for a while, now we are retired we plan to do a lot more traveling. We give Tilli 10 out of 10.
