Katrina was easy to talk to and very helpful

Easier to just book it online myself. Which is what I will be doing next time. Booked a trip within Australia, which took over an hour to sort, then we had to leave the centre to pay as the internet is so poor (not flight centres fault), but when I did pay, received absolutely no confirmation that it had been received by flight centre - it had to be in before 4 that day and it was already 2.30. I had to email again to ask if it had been received and was then told it was. Then did not hear another thing about it. No itinerary, no you've booked a trip, nothing. Went back into Flight Centre two days later and had to ask for the itinerary to be emailed out as we had not been given any information. I was also not given a paper copy of the itinerary when I was in the store the first time. Just the invoice with payment amounts and reference numbers for the payment. My entire trip was paid upfront with no cancellations, and then I was asked to pay an extra $118 in case we did cancel, which would cost us $350 if we cancelled it later. Which made no sense to me as everyone along the way would still be paid (hence the no cancellations). My first and last experience with Flight Centre.

Tara Moorman was amazing. We were able to book tickets from Sydney to Japan and back within two hours of deciding we wanted to go and depart the same night. Awesome service and she stayed back to make it happen. She also emailed us during the trip to see how it was going and offer her ongoing support. 110% recommend

Billiarna (Kotara) is amazing. This is our second engagement with her since December 2025 and this trip was seamless (our first trip was too). Billi is courteous, efficient and super competent, she even followed up on our return to make sure we were back safely. Cannot recommend her highly enough. We'll be back a third (and fourth) time for sure.

Shout out to Katrina Murphy, Senior consultant at flight Centre Kotara. Katrina is our go to person for all our travel needs. Katrina is highly responsive, and manages to get us flights at great prices. We've also had the need to make changes whilst we were away and Katrina has managed everything quickly and professionally. Our extended family are also now benefiting from Katrina's expertise.

The time allocated by our agent Louise to find the best flights,insurance and car hire is just fantastic.
We both know that when we start our journey that help is always at hand.

I have never met Ashley, my dealings with her were by phone. She obviously knows her job, nothing was too much trouble and she was always very helpful, polite and respectful. Her expertise in booking our cruise for 12 people in 6 cabins was done exceptionally well. I would, without exception, highly recommend her.

My wife and I are very impressed with Flightcentre Kotara. All the office staff very friendly , it is easy to find and parking is always available.
We have been clients for 4 years. We keep returning due to these factors, as well as the great service we always receive.
In particular, we receive great service from Katrina Murphy, in helping us organise 4 multi leg overseas trips.She is very smart, friendly, polite, well organised, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, dependable, and reassuring at times of complex decision making. She goes above and beyond what we had expected in service delivery.
