We have dealt with Lucy in the Lismore office for a few overseas trips over the last couple of years. She is fantastic to work with and very helpful with all the questions I ask.

Tyla was exceptionally personal and expedient, polite and helpful with our queries. Nothing was too much trouble.

I've used Tyla at Lismore Flight Centre for several previous overseas trips and again this time she was fantastic.
She was quick, knowledgeable, happy to help and informative, making great suggestions. Her communication is speedy and responsive. She makes arranging a multi county trip a breeze.

Toby at Lismore was knowledgeable courteous and very helpful. He made our booking a stress free experience. Thanks Toby

Toby from Flight Centre Lismore has assisted us with our last cruise in 2025. We have entrusted Toby to organize our.next trip in 2027. He is very good at what he does

Loveable Lucy

Lucy is based at the Lismore Office in NSW.
I do not deal with Lucy that often.
But when I do she gets back to me so promptly and she always answers ALL my questions.

I went back to Lismore Flight Centre on a wild goose chase for the second time in one day.

However I was refused service by “team leader” Toby Jeffery and asked to leave and threatened with security for “being rude” simply because I pointed out that Killian was gaslighting me. I asked Toby to provide me with an example of how that is “abuse” or affected him - he couldnt give one. ManChild-Karens.

So I still don’t have a card…

… even though I purposely avoided Killian Binetruy (the first misleading staff member from earlier in the day who wrongly told me that Lismore Flight Centre doesn’t deal with Travel Money Oz cards anymore), he still spoke over me from another desk - and tried to make the issue my problem by saying that I earlier just asked for a Travel Money Oz branch (instead of a card). He doesn't do his job but is intent on trying to be right about being wrong… Red Flag.

I did not ask for a branch because I already knew to go to the Lismore Flight Centre (as is stated as a TMO location on the internet); and that Travel Money Oz is a Flight Centre product - that I’ve been dealing with for a few years.

And i definitely asked for a card as I had even shown Killian an email on my phone which he read out - and that states that I was there to pick up a TMO card, from there.
I was directed by email > “ask the team to reach out to their support team (That's me!) and I'll give them a hand to re-issue you a brand new card over the counter”.
AND I showed Killian that the Lismore Flight Centre is listed as a location for Travel Money Oz on the internet.

Aside from gaslighting the facts and speaking over others, Killian also took smug delight in exiting out of the back room where he was earlier banished by his manager Toby, and then Killian childishly skipped off to get security *instead of actually knowing his centres products and doing his job. I understand he has a poor role model in so called Manager Toby sometimes enabling him though - I witnessed this first hand. Bully boys

This is a disgusting way to treat customers simply trying to access a card for their own funds in their own accounts

We have only started making travel plans and already Lucy has been awesome, giving us good information and travel tips
