Candi helped at very short notice to book a return trip to the other side of the world. After having to cancel an already booked flight due to Middle East conflict and my personal safety, I asked Candi for help and she worked hard to find a way to get me to my destination, within dates I was restricted to and within a budget.

Candi did a great job pulling together accomodation and travel options for our European holiday. Gave us a few options in each in our accomodation preferences, while also factoring in distance to travel hubs like our long-distance trains and metro stations.

Highly recommend euro-pass & trains for getting around europe, much more relaxed than airports.
For the few flights we did have, we got notifications by email from the flight centre team for any delays or issues which was a great backup (besides tracking them ourselves too)

The hotels you booked for us were varied and suited us quite well as they portrayed the area we were in including Marrakesh. However because of our age (I am 80 this year) the 2nd story bed room in Marrakesh meant we had to climb too many stairs. This would have been ok for younger people but not people of our age because there was no lift in our hotel. Maybe a questionnaire to ask the clients age would be in order.

We will certainly be recommending her service to our friends and family and look forward to organizing our next trip with her. Her professionalism and customer service has been greatly appreciated.

Started the journey feeling well informed, with the right bookings in place, the right details to follow through with, and feeling very comfortable with our agent, Candi, who made us feel well supported.
Our trip with Backroads through Spain and Portugal was excellent…great cultural hotels, a wonderful guide, Sonia, who managed the trip and all arrangements flawlessly and great allocation of time for visits, travel and shared experiences.
Candi had also managed the second part of our trip which was self organised, and here too all the bookings we made with her assistance were exactly as expected and made it so easy to catch up with long-lost friends…
All in all… a well organised trip that made it easy to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Candi made the whole process very simple all the way along. Not only that but everything that we booked was fulfilled at our Vanuatu destination and this is often where the booking falls over in the final phase. Not this time!! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back to Flight Centre for our next holiday booking!

Very patience when we were organising our trip especially that we were flying different days and time. I wish we had organising a car to pick us up from the airport as local cabs were extremely expensive. Very responsive with emails.

The likeability and industry-knowledge of the employees was very helpful and informative!
